Well the title says it all. I pre-ordered my Swap Force from Game Stop and got a flier that revealed that Popthorn and the Tower of Time, along with some kind of hammer, are on of the two new Adventure Packs...Sorry if this is old news.

I just got back from Gamestop and they had zero info on SWAP Force or even on their upcoming Skylanders sale event. Definitely didn't have any fliers. I need to see this.

That would be cool. Can you tell what the names of those other items are? I reccomend using a magnifying glass. Also what else is on the flyer? Anything new?

You can consider it a $25 DLC level, and sell the skylander if you want. I'm out for Swap Force because I'm not buying it for 12 paltry levels.

Did anyone else notice that the starter pack looks different from the pics we currently have of it?

I believe as of now we know and have seen most if not all of what will be released for Disney's Infinity at launch. Why can't Activision just let us know what's being released now instead of all this crappy non-information. I get that it's hype, internet traffic, blah blah blah...but I'm sick of it lol. They know what's going to be released at this point because I'm sure those posters are at the printer now to meet distribution dates. I just thought but this games third release they would have a better info. stream to their fans at this point. Instead we're stuck with the trickle system of info.

Looks like the top item is called "Battle Hammer". The crystal is "[?] Diamond" by the looks of it.

At E3 we asked the president of Vicarious Visions if release waves would be better communicated to consumers or if they were going to continue using the old model. He didn't have much to say on the subject so I'm not holding my breath.

Someone said some video said there would be all the swappers available at the start, or something like that, not sure if I want to believe it, but it would be nice to have less waves...

kappa misinterpreted a quote from one of my videos. What Mr Bala said was that all of the SWAP Force characters would be available in Lost Islands at launch.

I wouldn't either because as crappy as it sounds I think it's actually built into their business model. I'm really impressed with how Disney Infinity is treating their early fan base. It's almost like they've seen what angers the Skylanders fans and done the opposite. They've been great with the information stream that's been released so far. Don't get me wrong I'm still a Skaylander fanboy and I will be getting both games. I love Skylanders and Swap Force looks like the best installment yet. They actually came up with something new and not gimmicky. Activision just doesn't seem to care about the frustration they are giving their fans since they know we will most likely eat up what ever they serve us. I don't even need dates at this point I would just like a confirmation and pictures of everything in the Swapforce lineup (variants not necessary). At this point I don;t think that's asking too much.

That's EXACTLY how toy companies do it---keep it hush hush etc. I'm personally ok with any choice they decide to make on the toy side--my beef is the lack of content for the game. They haven't won me over yet in that department.

The Last of Us is a good game so far--and guess what? Once I buy it...I'm done. Makes me feel ok to spend an extra $10 on DLC content.

I'm thinking it's the final packaging as well since it has the white plastic holding the pieces in place.
