I'm sorry for being off topic, but is anyone else getting annoyed of all of these fan clubs raiding the SSF Forum? I know it's to see who else likes the New Skylanders, but it's becoming rare to see a normal topic now.

I hate them, I just hate them, if you love a certain skylander, just comment on a topic for them all of put it in your signature, I consider all of those as spam.

Not really, do you not remember last year with Giants? I don't see any problem at all with these fan clubs as long as no one makes duplicate ones, or fights about it.

They should even be allowed, it's just spam. Heck put it in role play or make a new section, because it doesn't belong where news should be placed.

^ You do realise that the Skylanders: Swap Force section isn't only for news, but for Swap Force related things in general? That's why there's a news topic within this section so the news can be gathered into one topic and not lost in the other topics within here.

It's not really Roleplaying, so it wouldn't fit in that topic; it actually belongs in this section more than the other ones.

Yes I do realize it is related to Swap Force but they do not contribute anything positive, which is spam.

Solution: Merge all the fan clubs into one. Then we could still keep the fan clubs running, but at the same time have more normal Swap Force topics. Simple(if a Hunter actually decides to check. I would but I can't merge Skylanders topics.).

^ Okay, that's your opinion, and I respect it. I do like to check up on the fan clubs, though, and see how others think about the new characters. I actually prefer that they're doing it this way than spamming it in the news topic.

A sub forum would work well. Go into Swap Force forum and click on the Fan club link to get to all these threads.

But the Skylander fans won't like the off-topic randomness messing up the clubs, so... that's one of the main possible issues. I support the Skylander Fan Club sub forum suggestion.

Ditto! That way peeps can be all like "Stink Bombs da Bomb" Or "I Dig Grilla Drilla" without all the other news dudes who want stuff like "Activision is merging COD and Skylanders! The result: Call of Kaos" and "TFB said that there will be over 9000 new swappers to collect, each holds a key to the boss level and collect em all to face the boss" wont have a giant forum War-um. LOL!

rather than "fan clubs" which are pretty useless and spammy, why not a thread for each character for people to discuss the character, ask questions, share strategies etc. Thus each character has a place where fans and those just wondering about the character can easily findnthe info they want.

Just imagine if all questions and discussions related to say, Free Ranger, were in one place. How much more organized and useful would that be!
