What if someone wanted Eruptor, but couldn't his lightcore in a wave that just passed? Having doubles of figures would make it easier to get characters you want if you missed them in a previous wave.

So Fire Kraken isn't a Fire Skylander? Fryno and Blast Zone are the Fire Swappers, so... what element would Fire Kraken be?

No, Fryno is a normal Fire Skylander, Fire Kraken is the other Fire Swap Force Skylander.

Fryno is a core also from this youtube video :

they guy say every skylanders in skylanders giants, that also including the giants. will be playable in swap force but family gamer said the giants in skylanders giants will not be playable, including the ssa expansion levels.. why lie??

I'm pretty sure Fire Kraken is still a fire Skylander because Rattle Shake's name color also doesn't match Night Shift's name color and that shouldn't mean anything then. You can even clearly see he has fire at each tip of his staff so clearly there's no other way he can be any other element except for fire.

bionicle2809 has them all compiled on the front page.

As for what Fire Krackin could be, best bet would be on Stealth. Speed already has 2 characters, Teleport has 2 and..well I can't see him being Spinning or Climbing.

Skylanders is now up on Nintendo's E3 website!


  • With Skylanders SWAP Force, the Wii U™ GamePad allows players to keep track of game stats, as well as offers brand new leaderboards and enables viewing of players’ character collections and upgrades -- right in their hands.

  • Also an exciting aspect for our Skylanders audience, the adventure is fully playable on the GamePad so players can continue their game when other family members commandeer the TV.


So cool. Looks like the Gamepad will have stats and collection, and Off-TV play confirmed.

EDIT: Skylanders Swap Force trailer has been uploaded to the 3DS. It's...actually just the Toy Fair trailer we already saw. It bizarrely has gameplay from the console versions (or whatever build they were using for the Toy Fair trailer)

One of the developers in the Fryno gameplay video said that Grim Creeper will have the ability to "leave" his body, and move around in some sort of spirit form. Reminds me of Ghost Roaster, but hopefully without losing health, and so, maybe just temporary.
