Indeed. But it's not just Spyro, they've taken from Disney and from other things. It's probably a personally run site.

They've got my art up on there too. Stealing people's art without permission and selling traced versions for their own benefit.

You should contact them and order they cease such activity and state that you can legally sue them. Not saying you will have to, but by law you could and it would be in your favour.

I'm sure you can report them somehow. And I doubt they will respond to, but it's against copyright laws so someone is gonna stop them. Perhaps emailing Acti's legal department or Disneys?

I already contacted the host provider of that site with a copyright complaint letter. They have received the letter and got back to me by email today, so I'm waiting for their response about the issue.

I've only ever had my art stolen twice. I do feel for those who have had their art stolen :C

Yeah HostGator took the site down due to the infringing copyright. But the site owner is still able to recreate the site, even with the stolen art still on it.

Only the copyright owner of the artwork still up on the website can send copyright complaints to the site host provider. I also sent mine, and HostGator took down my art and the site, but the site owner brough the site back up.

EDIT 1: I see some Wreck-It Ralph art that looks like it belongs to a deviantArt member. I also checked the spongebob page and I saw a suspicious looking picture of Mr. Krabs and Scrooge McDuck fighting. They're also stealing Angry Birds art too I believe. There is also some more suspicious looking art in the MLP section. So it's not just skylanders art being stolen.So It's practically every single trend art that's been stolen.

I can apparently guess that Blackrhino saw your message about it because he made a video about his reaction to the site that was selling his art. I honestly really do hope the site gets taken down permantley.

The unfortunate thing about fan art is that most of the artists don't actually have much legal ground to stand on. However, the person who is stealing can still be stopped because it is very much illegal in the US to sell unlicensed merchandise of a trademarked product, which all of that art is.
