"The release has 72 different foil cards. New shots of old characters, Light Core characters and new Skylanders are done on Mirror Foil. Swap Force Skylanders and mixed up Swap Force cards have Rainbow Foil card stock.

Static Cling inserts (16 cards) are removable stickers. Like the figures, each comes with a top half and a bottom half. This allows collectors to create many different characters. The concept works with 16 Magnet Cards as well. Besides the character parts, their names are also interchangeable. Sixteen Lenticular Cards show the Swap Force transformations directly. The final six inserts are Coloring Cards."

I'm buying the game on launch day. For figures whatever Swap characters that are needed for extra % I will get when they come out. And Adventure Packs I'll get when they come out. I need to be as cheap as possible and wait for sales with everything else, since I'm buying Infinity too, I'm more excited about that.

I hope the rumor of 8 Adventure Packs for Swap Force is true. I hope they still come with a Skylander and 2 Magical Items. If this game has 2 per pack, that's 16 new Magical Items to collect in Swap Force, and that doesn't even include the Magical Items from Battle Packs.

I, of course, will be buying the game on day 1. I plan on displaying all 256 combinations of Swaplanders, so I will be buying 17 of each Swaplander.

I want to say that 8 of the core Skylanders will be provided through those 8 Adventure Packs, if there is indeed 8, which isn't a bad thing.

I am so ready for this game.

and i think there are not gonna be 8 adventure packs but 4
sinds last time there were 4 adventure packs with elements undead, fire, water and earth
and this time i think the other 4 elements life, magic, tech and air and also than 4 adventure packs
is in total 8 adventure packs

I'm not looking forward to magic items at all since they're absolutely useless. I just want the levels. If we had the option to buy them separately that would be a godsend but it will never happen :T

i may not get the game sadly since my mom and i were at walmart looking at the skylanders for any new ones like lc pop fizz then shes lie any new ones coming out im like no but there 3rd is coming shes like WHAT im like well ima stop getting em since i dont like making my mom mad < but i may ask it for my bday if not ima end skylanders

I'll likely buy only a few figs, but if I do want to get everything, I'll get 8 swappers if there's a huge sale, and try and get an Undead (maybe an undead Swaplander to save money).

Magic elixir was only in Darklight Crypt. No magic item was in multiple packs, unless you count Hidden Treasure and Platinum Treasure as the same.

Empire of Ice: Anvil Rain, Sky Iron Shield
Pirate Seas: Hidden Treasure, Ghost Swords
Dragon's Peak: Sparx the Dragonfly, Winged Boots
Batlegrounds Starter: Platinum Chest

I won't be getting the game until it goes on sale. However in the meantime I'll be picking up figures as they come out. Maybe not all new ones I want right away, but still in a decent time frame. I won't get every figure, only some of the newlanders and swaplanders. I will be picking up all of the Adventure packs, not sure about battle packs though.

I solute you. This is something only a hard-core and kind of crazy fan would do.

Anyway I plan on getting a 0-3 series 3, 8-16 swaps, and 3-16 core

I'm thinking (not including starter pack) 2-8 swaps, 0-2 Series 3 (unless they really make some killer wowpows), and 0-3 core (as I'd rather spend on swaps, aside roller brawl)

I can't say numbers for sure until I see a list of the figures. I don't intend to get any S3 except maybe Chop Chop if he is made and/or Stealth Elf. I do know I'll be getting Countdown, Roller Brawl, and the other Undead newlander as I want all Undead. I'll also get any new dragons. As for the swappers, I'll definatly get Night Shift and Magna Charge as well as enough to have at least 1 of each movement type.

I've already got my checklist updated with Swap Force and will be updating it each time a new figure is revealed.

i find the magical items from the darklight crypt the best

If they have a sale for figures on release day, I am going to get all the figures I want to buy, which is pretty much all of the new core and Swap-Force figures, as they'll be cheaper. At least I know that I have enough room on my shelf. Cause after it is filled, it is off to Infinity.

I'm getting figures on launch so S2 Terrafin and S2 Slambam doesn't happen to me again (impossible to find now). Maybe the game on Black Friday or any good sales.

Indeed.
Though helpful, the one downside is that you don't get your character leveled up near as quickly, but if they are and you need the soul gem, it's great!

No its useless. Aside from that all 4 of my items are sitting on my dresser doing nothing.

I use the Pirate Swords and Ship piece for boss battles.
Makes things easier.
And if you're low health they're good emergency powers.

also doom slicer the healin elixer and time twister to slow enemys while healing

yeah and the winged boots an danvil rain help you if there are to many enemies

No, only in some versions. In the Wii, it just gives him more precise flight, he doesn't auto-target.
