My second favourite is fireworks factory, seriously, who doesn't like ninjas?

I really like Charmed Ridge. It was challenging. C:

Enchanted Towers and Spooky Swamp.

Tough one, I adleast like all the levels in the game just a little bit, but if I had to choose my favorite, I'd say it's 'Enchanted Towers'.

I'd go for Charmed Ridge, I think you get a variety of good platforming, and difficulty with the enemies. It's also very similar to the Spyro the Dragon level; Alpine Ridge. Makes me wonder, are they supposed to be in the same area? You know, but you can't reach the other one, because we all know in these levels there is supposed to be areas that you can't reach to, and another part of the world is meant to be there.

This level has it's nostalgic points from Alpine Ridge, which is why I like it even more, and the seed challenge is unique, and I think Sgt.Byrd's challenge is quite good too, it keeps you on your toes, a very interesting level, with interesting enemies. At some points you need to think about how you're going to attack your enemies as doing it in the wrong way could result in a hit or two.

Fireworks Factory. My favorite track in all of classic Spyro, plus I love the level aesthetic and I actually like the challenges there, even "You're Doomed."

I have several, in no particular order...

All the Homeworlds (Midday Garden especially)

Shiela's Alp: I really like rescuing the billygoats and I like the level's aesthetic and design. Also, it's a Shiela level!
Cloud Spires: I really like rainy levels in general in games, and I'm quite a fan of this level's design and theme. Also, the Rhynoc in the Epilogue...
Sunny Villa: Another Shiela challenge, plus... "That's the ugliest chicken I've ever seen." This level is just classic to me, it's really like the first level in the game, and both mini games rocked, it's just classic.

Spooky Swamp: Probably my overall favourite. It's raining, it's gloomy, and the only lights come from the moon and rather dim lanterns ... I love it It also has my favourite (albeit the most difficult) Shiela challenge.
Bamboo Terrace: I don't really like either of the mini-challenges, but the rest of the level's design, and the theme, go above and beyond redeeming that. Would be perfect if not for the mini-challenges being so... Average. The boating mini game felt especially cheap in basically forcing you to replay it to know the pattern.
Icy Peak: I love both mini games and the levels' theme, also the puzzle where you had to headbash the lake. I just wish the level felt a bit longer and the route were less confusing(I just get annoyed forgetting which whirlwinds I've taken ).
Spike's Arena: ? Don't get why people think he's really That One Boss ? He was probably the most difficult non-Sorceress boss when I was a kid, but I think he's just a pushover now. Regardless, he's my favourite boss from the game, his design and the arena itself are awesome and the battle was so much fun.

Charmed Ridge: Same reasons as SuperSpyroFan (Post #13)

Desert Ruins: Another Shiela level, skateboarding music, fun enemies, good platforming, cool NPCs. Only thing I don't really like is the challenge with the stingray(I think that's in this level), but that's not a major part anyway.

I love using the freeze breath and it looks so cool!
