Is it really worth it? Unless you work in McDonald's and steal a truck of toys---you're going to have to buy a kid's meal to buy these. Are you doing this to supplement your family's meal plan? I mean, after PayPal and eBay takes their take--you'll have enough to pay for the Happy Meal and the gas to get there. I'm not being cute--I'm being serious.

Yeah, but do the math. After he pays for the listing, FVF and PayPal's take, shipping, gas to and from the post office, purchase of the Happy Meals--is there any meat on the bone? I really don't get some opinions here that it's unreasonable to sell for a profit. I didn't think we all had to be martyrs when we sell our stuff. Here I'm guessing he's lucky to break even. The hassle factor alone. Now--$2k for for a 24.99 3 pack--yes epic fail. That's 80x price. Here we are talking about maybe 2.5x price if you factor in cost of a Happy Meal and he gets the utility (or degradation) of having an imbalanced meal.

I really despise pre-orders though and wish eBay wouldn't allow it.

does anyone else think at seeing the picture for them as eye brawl bowling? seems like for the 5 bucks they went for in what is one possible use you could do with them if you can't fix them smilie

Actually looking at their two lots for skylanders the price is rather reasonable considering how much the figures do cost. 30 figures with a bid around 75 bucks? that's about 2 bucks a figure there and they're all opened and the 20 bucks for a lot of 8. Unless they had something else extroadinary there, I don't see anything wrong with their listings.

I have reliable second-hand knowledge that the items he is selling are damaged, and the Seller is (for the second time) failing to disclose the damage in his auction listing/description.
I chatted with the Skylanders trader that originally purchased those items ... the first time they were listed for auction. The Seller failed to disclose the damage, gave the Buyer a hard time about returns, was slow with the refund, and then flipped out when the original Buyer opened a Protection case against the Seller.
Now the Seller has re-listed the items, having carefully removed the pieces that were the most egregiously damaged, and he's selling them again, while once again not disclosing the damage.

So ... like I said, I just wanted to know if anyone knows the Seller, has had past interactions with him, and/or would be willing to help me out by assisting me with giving him a taste of his own medicine. Obviously, this request could be provocative, so if anyone would like to respond, but doesn't want to discuss it openly here, just send me a PM; I would appreciate it.
