Hey portal masters. Maybe this is a little bit too early, but I thought I would share some suggestions for the Series 3 figures I would like to see.
FIRE: Sunburn, and Eruptor
WATER: Wham-Shell, and Gill Grunt
UNDEAD: Ghost-Roaster, and Fright Rider
LIFE: Camo, and Stump Smash
AIR: Warnado, and Jet-Vac
MAGIC: Voodood, and Spyro
EARTH: Dino-Rang, and Prism Break
TECH: Boomer, and Trigger Happy

I chose these characters, because of 4 reasons:
1. The characters that didnt have re-poses in SG.
2. Who would look really cool in the new HD-based engine.
3.The possibilities of cool Wow-Pows
4. The terrific team, with Spyro, Trigger Happy, and gill grunt.
So if you disagree, letme know what ya' think!

hmm...disagree with yet another pose of gill grunt/eruptor/trigger happy, would prefer spyro to be a lightcore in the next series rather then just another repose(and maybe a lightcore trigger happy with a pose of him shooting his guns and the gunfire lights up), agree with the undead picks - fright rider ftw, and do we need a fourth prism break ?

I prefer reposes over LCs, as they have wowpows and LCs do not, as I found out too late...

I agree with the non-reposed ones but not most of the the rest

The upresposed 8 and nothing else. I didn't get a chance to get them because I started with giants. No sense in have series 2 eruptor and series 3 eruptor.

except they have already announced there will be 16 reposes, so at least 8 will be characters from Giants

I know that there will be 16 but I will only buy the unreposed 8.

I think the newlanders of Giants deserve a chance to have a wow pow ability.

Sprocket could have a wow pow that allows a turret to follow her around. She could have a tank and a drone moving around the screen
Jet Vac could have the ablitiy to suck in and shoot out a critter. Choppy gun anyone?
Fright Rider could have his bird fly, like the old classic joust arcade game
Flash Wing Could have adisco ball effect that shot beams all over the screen from the lighthouse effect
Pop Fizz could have a massive burp after drinking his potions
Chill i dunno how to top the narwale
Hot dog's ding dong ditch is really hard to follow
Shroom Boom could have a massive mushroom sprout from the ground and rain spores on enemies

people dont need a excuse to buy the newlanders so why should acti waste extra time and money on it?... the s3 figures need it to sell... ur a long time skylander player should know by now how acti work... just saying.

hot dog coud be follow is own tail creating a melee atack
or bite like any other dog...

Hopefully this time the lightcore characters will not ALSO have a repose, I would rather have reposes or lightcores not both of the same character, more variety that way.

I think that's possible. There are several factors that go into who comes back. One is simply what cool ideas can we do with the characters? The second one is who's the person we haven't seen much of before? And finally, we look at who gamers want back. It's not perfect maths - we have to use our creative judgement. All the reposed characters will have new abilities. New Wow Pows, basically. We haven't talked about level cap changes yet, but of course there will be new cosmetic changes on the toy side also.

Also saying a his person wanted boomer back for number 3
So they said they are, I think

So now we know:
1. Series 3 stealth elf
2. Series 3 boomer

What's next....

The ones i really hope come back as an S3 :
-Dark Spyro, because he's the only skylander variant with a different backstory and catchphrase, it would be awesome if he were to have his own pow-wow which is different to the S2 spyro
-Zap, because his S2 pow-wow is pretty useless
-Sunburn, because i haven't gotten him in SSA
-Ghost Roaster, because he's pretty cool
-Fright rider, because he's awesome
-Dino-Rang, because he's awesome too

what would actually make logical sense would be S2 reposes of the lost 8 from SSA and the 8 newlanders from Giants, so every core character has 2 poses (not counting light core) and a wow pow. Too bad having a new Stealth Elf already throws that idea out the window

Thats good news to me, because i don't really like Shroomboom, as long as Camo still has a S3 repose and the only current bad news to me is that Stealth Elf S3 is in the Starter pack, because i already have her so why would i need another stealth elf, because leveling up a skylander to the max is pretty time consuming, I hope activison changes it's mind at the last second like Camo's design.
