Only read first post (may start reading through it now. maybe.) and I noticed in the first post there was notice of the fact that in Skylanders Swap Force you can jump. It's showed in this video and the guy even says its been added. I could have missed it from reading one post so I may start reading them now. Video EDIT : Someone mentioned it so old news I guess. I'll just leave this video here.

Well if it is $75, it's better than going up more! Not like $80, $90, or $100. Maybe they'll lower the price to $60? Who knows.

I don't think it'll be $75 again. I have a feeling that it'll be somewhere between the SSA and Giants price.

Giants was my first game so I forked over the $75 like a boss. Didn't realize it would go on sale for $35 in a month! (Black Friday). So if the starter pack is expensive again I'll buy some figures on release and wait for black Friday to buy.

I'm expecting it to be $75 just like Giants. A Giant in the starter pack raised the price $5. There most likely won't be a Giant so we can lower that to $70, but now there's supposedly 2 Swaplanders in the starter pack so that could go up 5 dollars again. Although a new Portal could raise the price more.

i laughed out loud we all know they won't do 60 this is activi$ion were talking about especially since the swap force will probaly be atleast the price of a giant and theyre is going to be two of them we'll be lucky if it's $75 but $80 wouldn't be bad

I live in England. So I reckon about 75 dollars would be fine. I have already saved up 40 dollars for SSF and X and Y so.... I am fine with the price

The currency conversion is never exact. $75 may only be £45-ish, but that doesn't mean the game actually will be £45. Giants was $75 and £60.

as far a jumping goes I have just a lil question will the giants jump differently like not as high or will it depend on the giant like if Swarm would use his wings to make him jump higher then the others

Actually, no. VV only did the 3DS version of SA. Giants 3DS was done by N Space.

And Ninjini just jumps. Nothing spectacular.

yeah I saw a preview of it and it looks like the jump similer to 3DS version jumping which included a double jump.

I think the vid was on the main skylanders site.


Anyways, What makes me wonder is the characters that fly. So if your flying around as spyro... do you simply perform a mid air jump or can you only jump while not flying. Or will they adjust the flying mechanics?

In the 3DS version, the Air/Flying Skylanders can float/coast for a little while during a jump if you hold the jump button.

edit we also know the swap force charecter's for wave 1 (no word on other new ones just swap force) magna charge wash buckler and blast zone

Oh yeah, I forgot about that! They should atleast add gliding let alone flying, seeing as some
players regard flight as a 'waste of an upgrade'. Though I can't say I agree with them smilie


I prefer flying to freaking combos!
