Well his special ability is stealth, and he fights just like her so it is plausible that he trained with her or was her master.

I,don't think so, she was trained by a tree like creature, proof :"a gnarled, stumpy-looking creature with the lightning moves of a ninja master. It turned out the creature was the guardian of the forest and trained in the ancient art of stealth.Sensing the young elf's skill for sneaking, the guardian immediately made her his apprentice."

Based on the quote from her history, Stink Bomb can't be her mentor/sensei, but he could be the student of stealth elf's master too

in my opinion their kinda different

Stealth Elf clothing = assassin/ninja
Stink Bomb clothing = monk/kung fu fighter

When I first saw Stink bomb's oufit I thought it looked like Voodood's, but yeah, even more of a resemblance with Stealth elf.

I'm sure they can easily make Stink Bomb's bio retroactively mention some sort of relation to Stealth Elf. Heck, look at Flashwing- Bash was never mentioned to have met her, let alone have feelings before we got Flashwing's bio.
