I think Night Shifts ability may be walking through certain walls and Stink Bomb may be disguise or invisibility.

Stink Bomb has a real awkward pose but Night Shift is real cool ill definitly get him

Night Shift is Earth elemental? But Stink Bomb looks ridiculously awesome, can't wait to buy him and name him after one of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Probably Raphael.

if yall look closely at his base youll notice that there is a skull at the bottom of his smoke stuff

Freeze Blade: His figure is awesome and the best of Swap Force so far.His pose is sick and I'm a sucker for translusent parts.

Stink Bomb : His face is not serious enough and plain awkward.The yellow details arn't fiting well with his green colour.BUT we can confirm that he is shooting Shurikens.

Night Shift: My least favourite so far.I hope the skulls on his fists are going to be gold.The smoke is looking like water but I really hope for good gameplay on him.

I personally am going to get a Freeze Blade the first day possible. It doesn't even matter if I have enough money for the game bundle itself, I'm getting him.

You can hardly see the skull on Night Shift's base.

I'm not digging night shifts pose. Is he a vampire? I hope the skull on his base is bigger when he is released so we can accually see it. Also what's with the things coming our of his arms/elbows?

There's a small chance of that happening, besides, this is a new pokemon game, i don't think they will instantly release an exclusive pokemon on the day it's being released, probably later after 2 weeks/a month more or less, the same goes for SSF, the only exclusive skylander that will be released is the variant in the 3DS pack

Pokemon Black and White had Victini available from the release date. Black 2 and White 2 had Genesect from the release date. I think they will continue the pattern.

I do hope these guys are just the prototypes. I think they look cool, but they're just a bit... uh, incomplete? If that's the right word?

Freeze Blade NEEDS his skates to be a different colour than that blue. It's the same colour of his base, and there is nothing separating them. You can't see them. That, and the way his base dips in the middle and is raised at the edge looks terrible. The actual figure of Freeze however is superb. It's just the base that lets it down.

Stink Bomb looks great, but awkward. He's reaching back to throw a shuriken. That's fine. But he's looking in front of himself, not where he's about to throw it. It looks just... wrong

Night Shift needs some colour overhaul. The skulls on his gloves appear to be the wrong colour. In the trailer they're gold, but figurewise they're his skin colour. Go with gold.
As for his wispy tail thing, it should be a different colour or shade. It looks too much like water. Make it trans grey perhaps? more of a ghoulish/undead colour, not that icy blue that's used for everything water. And what's the wispy elbow thing? In the trailer they were springs or something. If they are meant to be wisps, then make them the same trans blue/grey/whatever as his tail.

I agree with everything especially The color used on the skull on the glove and especially the wispy tail thing. Also it looks like Freeze Blade looks like she is holding something in her other hand

^We don't know Freeze Blade's gender yet, though HD room mentions it being male.

He seems animal-like, but doesn't have a mammalian nose, and neither does Stink Bomb D:

The color schemes don't seem to match the Trailer release and as others have commented, the figures DO seem incomplete. I can't imagine Freeze Blade NOT having skates on his figure. I won't be surprised if these ARE prototypes. It would be hard to believe that the final production models are finished 8 months before launch...

Yeah, I wasn't sure at first. Even more reason to make the skates stand out more. Hopefully this is indeed a proto...

I think Freeze Blade is a Racoon... His face kinda reminds me of Sly Cooper, and Night Shift is a bat, you can see his arms have wing-like things going out of his gloves, and his head reminds a lot of a bat's head, with the pointy ears and the big teeth

So, going by that, we now have a Forest Ninja Skunk, a Ghost Boxer Bat, and a Ice Skater Racoon, if you ask me they're getting more creative each year...

I'm still not happy with the smoothness of these figures and the lack of texture and detailing. I'll still probably get them but I'm just not all that excited about them yet.

all the characters are very smooth...there doesnt look to be much if any detail to them, its early days..so hopefully this gets improved upon, i dont mind some of them..hell even half of them to be like this..but there needs to be more put into these characters.

I mean, compare the amazing texture and paint job on Tree Rex - the bark-like grooves in his skin and the different colors. Same with Hot Head - the look of lava floating on his... skin? The barnacle covered look of Thumpback. Even the robot characters like Bouncer, where a smooth metal surface is to be expected, have extra details, the the inset way the tech logo is on him.

where is that kind of attention to detail on these Swaplanders? even the bases look less detailed than before

at this stage, im willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, this is early days, and theyll just be wanting to test the game, theres no need to have a ready to ship figure at this point.

lets just hope that they are all working prototypes.
(as these pics are from a non press event, the ones shown at the launch event makes more sense to be release model figures, and all of those looked substantially better then these (granted not as good
as some but a lot better then these) )

I like freeze blades figure. But yeah, they do look a bit like prototypes.
