We all know how there will be 16 returning characters from series 1+2 and 8 new Lightcore characters!!! But the thing is who?
First reaveled was that Stealth Elf was returning bt that still leaves 23 more!

Our goal is to answer the unsolved questions including:

Will Skylanders ignored in Giants return?
Will Giants be re-posed?
Who will get the privilage of getting Lightcore?
Straight out who will return?!?
And more!!!

Well if you have any TRUE! info PLEASE tell me so I can add it to the list!

The Erupter that was shown was S1 (it was shown to show pepole how S1 would still work in this game) the guy even said it was a S1 and it had a green base.

woah i thought he was s3 on the demo. wudn't be nice just make the 8LC newlanders+8newlanders to make up for the 16 new ones? or make the LC the missed SSA figures cant wait for the rest of the figures tho....

I have no idea who, but Roller Brawl should be LC. Just my opinion.

I think there should be a lightcore flashwing

If i had to take a guess, I'd say in terms of reposes:

-The 8 characters from SSA should have a repose. This was eluded to in one interview mentioning Boomer and although not confirmed I think without a reasonable doubt we can guess these guys will be coming back.

As for the rest, I think we'll get Spyro, Trigg, Gilly and Stealth (kind of "mascots" of the series) plus a grouping of 4 who are are "fan favorites", but who also didn't get a LC version in Giants. So, something like this:

Magic: Spyro and Voodood
Tech: Trigger Happy and Boomer
Water: Gill Grunt and Wham Shell
Life: Stealth Elf and Camo
Earth: Flashwing and Dino Rang
Air: Warnado and [Maybe Sonic Boom?]
Undead: Fright Rider and Ghost Roaster
Fire: Hot Dog and Sunburn

I can't see them reposing Giants though, rather I believe they'll just continue producing them with new Swap Force logos on the boxes. (Although, this is what I guessed would happen during Giants for those SSA characters and that didn't happen at all)

As for LCs, I'd hope that they'll do a combo of old and new again.

They might eventually over the years have every figure lightcore.

My choices for S3:

Sonic Boom and Warnado
Prism Break and Dino-Rang
Eruptor and Sunburn
Stealth Elf (Confirmed) and Camo
Spyro and Voodood
Trigger Happy and Boomer
Chop Chop and Ghost Roaster
Gill Grunt

If I had to guess the lightcores, I would've said it's be the four non lightcore newlanders from Giants, (Hot Dog, Fright Rider, Sprocket and Flashwing) and then four new core Skylanders from swap force.

As for series three, I would say the unreposed 8 (Boomer, Camo, Voodood, Ghost Roaster, Dino-Rang, Wham Shell, Sunbrun and Warnado) and then Stealth Elf, Spyro, Gill Grunt, Trigger Happy, Eruptor, Terrafin, Sonic Boom and Cynder. If I had to guess anyway.

They said something about Boomer being remade in a video before, but not sure in this game?

i think spyro and gill grunt and triggr happy will be confirmed because there the main characters r they ?

Seince basically everything skylanders that comes out totally is a multiple of8 and there is 16 re+re-re-poses so there probley is 2 of each element returning!

By the way I came out with a new term: Re-re-posed (Exc. S3 would be re-re-posed but if there would be a S3 it would just be re-posed)

I hope they fix the mistake of SG and make LC characters basically an S2 character PLUS LC. If not, the LC characters for SSF should only be picked from the new core Skylanders for SSF.

The SSA characters that were made LC in SG seemed lacking when compared to their S2 counterpart. No Wow Pows and no path switching.

Its weird how complicated Skylanders has become! Toy wise.

Honestly I would be insanely surprised if they didnt bring back ! He is like the best Skylander EVAH!!! (btw ik I spelled that wrong.)

Boomer was confirmed in other places to be returning... it was that Family friendly games interview. he confirmed that Boomer would be returning.

Fingers crossed for Sprocket and Warnado..

Maybe a LightCore Sprocket with light up arm.. thingy, and Bouncing Betty mines across the Tech base?

Watch the Series 1 Skylanders that didn't get Series 2, be the 8 Lightcore. That would suck, because then they wouldn't get new moves.

I can wish. However, I have a feeling half will be Series 2, half will be Series 3.

I think there will be a balance of S1 and S2, as many S1 characters are simply not available. I've noted my guesses for Lightcore as well.

Now, I know many will complain about Drobot and Eruptor not making the list. My guess: Many S2 characters will still be available (including light core) and frankly these guys risk over-exposure. Stealth Elf is going to be HATED by S4 simply because she will have been in all 3 games.

I always thought a Lightcore Warnado would be amazing.

They better have S3 Sunburn...

We're actually pretty close. I chose against Chill b/c she's overexposed with both core and LC versions in S2. I was also thinking about adding Bash, as he's simply very powerful and cool...if he returns I suspect he will be LC. Drobot--nah...again overexposure with S2 repose and LC. I want a break from Chop Chop...Fright Rider is the only mounted rider and he's currently still under the radar.

For Lightcore, I'm personally hoping that Ignitor makes the cut.

For regular ones, I hope it's:

Sunburn and Flameslinger
Wham-Shell and Slam Bam

flashwing lightcore would look great, before i understood that only marked 'lightcore' figures would light up -- i thought that flashwing was a lightcore...as well as s2 hex (which i think would suit lightcore a lot more then the lightcore hex we were given...i assume hex's arms were too skinny to fit cables through )

Well I read boomers page on skylanders wiki and it said that TFB said that 2013 would be Boomers Big Year. If a Skylanders game comes out every fall, SSW=2013 and S4=2014. So Boomer and the other members of the forgotten 8 will be reposed.

I think that magna charge will be a LC because if you look in the sticky thread and at kappapopm's post there is a wire in the wheel and the eye is clear.

I didn't receive any information to support any of the swap characters would be LC. In fact, I would think they would have a problem making those LC unless the light was on the bottom part of the character. In fact, if anyone has any idea how the swap chars is working, let me know. I know the RFID chip is in the other characters, but this one must somehow be communicating to the portal with some kind of checksum. I'm a tech geek and love to know how things work.

Guys i love hearing your opinions but if one has been announce I need legidimate proof!

I hope we get LC with Wowpows. If we're going to pay more they should add them in.
