And not only that, my friend was at TRU just now and says there were quite a few people fighting over figures. One even went flying through the air...

But they have the actual physical figure. Which means they got it from SOMEWHERE. And means that Eye Brawl will be out...EVENTUALLY!

So let me fill you guys in a little bit about this listing. They originally had it up for awhile right around New Years Eve, I contacted them looking for an actual picture, they never got back to me and the listing ended, no bids as it was ended by the user. They then posted one shortly after that one and it was a pre-sale this time. That one actually sold. They sold one that was in hand and then yesterday, put one up took it down and then put it back up again. Something here is very very very very odd.

1. The buyer has 0 feedback. I know that we all have to start somewhere on Ebay, but with what they have done. I feel something is not correct.

2. It has been up and down many times.

3. The "picture" of it that they have looks odd. Why is it sideways and looks like it was taken in a mirror?

Guys something seems fishy about this listing/seller. I mean I'm not saying "Dont bid" but I am saying, bid at your own risk. This seller is doing alot of things that seem way off.
And I agree that picture...something just seems odd about it also, some weird glare or something on it? I mean I know you'll get some when taking photos but this one is just...I dunno....

The point of this post was that someone has it IN HAND. Which means it's out there. NOT "hey guys, go bid on this".
Amazing how even with a picture, you're still skeptical. But whatever.

Following up with my friend who was in TRU, he asked what all the commotion was and an employee said "A new Skylanders figure was released early".

Mori, I get what you are saying. If they had popped up as someone with some feedback, not posted it then stopped it and posted it again multiple times. People can photoshop things so while the pics make it more believable, their other actions out weigh the pictures in my book. The pictures are all crap ones also.

Those are obviously fake...there's a reflection on the highly reflective plastic and they're sideways. Nothing you post will ever be considered legit from here on out.

Mori, this wasn't supposed to go where it has gone. I was stating my opinion that I still think something is odd about this whole situation. However, as you stated it does mean that we are probably closer to release of Eye Brawl. I don't think their was a reason to get all nasty over someones opinion. I never disrespected you in anyway.

Well considering that she did provide more images, moved the product around in ways that only owning the figure can be done and even putting her name on it is a very good indication that she has it I mean most sellers don't even do as much as she did.

I was hoping they would put the black line around the iris on the final version. This version looks unfinished without it

Well, perhaps she does have one.

Thing is, why is she the only seller that does? If these were out there somewhere, even in a warehouse, other resellers would have listed some.

Well, she has had one or many for awhile now. As far as release dates, just a guess but maybe after the exclusive runs out on the new battle pack and it can go to other stores with other characters. So 2/1?

Not getting nasty over an opinion...I just find it amusing that there are some of you that can't be pleased even with "pics or it didn't happen" proof. And the whole point of the post was to point out that we are getting closer to the release and to mention (after I had more details) that apparently in a store my friend was in today, there was some commotion over what has been relayed to me as an early release of a new figure. I can't prove any of that, but the fact that someone has a boxed figure makes me think that the rumors of a Giant being released next week may have some substance. Take any of that how you will...

I dont know.. it looks pretty legit to me. For a couple of reasons.

1. The last two pics are the best and show all the box detail, despite the picture being of bad quality.

2. On the second to last pic, the one from above, you can see the card with its stats on it under him. Thats a good fake, if it is and a great detail to be observered.

3. She says it will ship immeditatly. And is guaranteeing a 14 day return policy if its not what she says. So even if it is a scam, its gonna come back to her and just piss someone off.

4. The bid ends in two days which will be the 7th, way before anything is suppose to be released.

5. Says in hand, so if this person wants to continue to sell, you would hope they would be honest enough on evilbay. But I know I know, the people in this world arent always honest, but I am sure someone will get it. I just hope they are on this board to let us know if it really is what it is...

I get what you are saying, I just think that the seller may have came into this/these figures by means other than finding them in a store that had broken street date. If they were coming out next week on the ninth or 11th depending on what store you go to, I think more than just that one would have popped up by now. I think a more likely scenario would be after Gamestop has it's exclusive until the 31st of Jan, we would see more released.

I never said ANYTHING about a store having figures. All I said is that it looks like we're getting close to a release. I NEVER said "Oh, he's coming out next week!" I wasn't trying to say that you were saying that he may come out next week. Some people have on here, I should have stated that better.

As far as the month exclusive, I was at a Gamestop yesterday and they had things up saying it was exclusive until 1/31. That is why I said the date of 2/1.

Awesome hopefully it comes out the 9th
