What do they do? and do they do something else in the 3ds version?

I havent updated since I don't particularly care but I have gotten all the skylanders except varients only ones are glow Warnado and WERDS

Mm...they don't attack at all. I went through Kaos' Lair and they didn't do anything whatsoever besides hopping around me. I even tested my theory that you had to use the corresponding Skylander (ie Terrafin with Terrabite) and they still didn't do anything.

As far as I can tell, they're just cute things to follow you around.

I ran around with them and didn't see them attack (the three I got... grr..)

They do load into the 3DS game... sorta. They'll run around inside the sanctuary, but whenever you load a level, they don't join you. When you return to the sanctuary, whichever one you loaded is still there waiting on you.

i saw my sidekick shoot a glowing ball at a chompy when i stood around enough. maybe its when you almost get hit?

I'm going to go try it out. What system are you on? I'm testing on Wii.

EDIT: Tried with Trigger Snappy, did nothing. Too tired to find TB and WS right now.

Alex Ness said every winged Skylander would be able to fly and look at Sunburn.

i mean stand still for a while, the coding was probably messed up and switched attack rate from 1 sec. to 10 sec.
and did you wait for the LAST possible second?

Yeah, I stood still for a while. They where actually attacking me at one point. Maybe I'm not doing it right, could you tell me what Skylander and Sidekick were you using, and what level were you playing?

skylander: prism break, sidekick: trigger snappy, level: 2
