Recently Activision released a video of Toys for Bob answering some questions about the series in general, even though the video has 'Skylanders: Giants' labeled at the beginning and end. There are no questions about Giants though.

^ Oh yeah, saw that before. But when I saw it the questions were all in Spanish - at least I think it was Spanish. It wasn't English and it looked Spanish! Thus is my logic!

So did the first game - any kids game where you kill enemies has cartoon violence. The exception to the rating is something like Mario, where you kill enemies by jumping on them or when actually 'killing' enemies isn't implied when you defeat them.
