Boomer...The 2 second charge slam that stuns and does 100 pts. of non-crit damage is one of the most powerful attacks in the game.

Boomer and Voodood for sure-Boomer is just plain fun to mess around with, and Voodood can be fantastic when you master that Zipline Axe.

Definitely Voodood. Ignitor used to be, but thankfully that's changed considerably in the last few months. Strangely enough, I also think people don't give Whirlwind enough credit.

I have Whirlwind and I chose the rainbow path,it wasn't that good,I also got Dino rang (I needed an earth element and that's all the shops had) I thought I would hate him but I ended up loving him (I chose the stone fist path)

Poor Whirlwind. Always compared to a MLP or not given enough credit. I love her Rainbow of Doom.

I think Lightning Rod Typhoon Titan path is quite underrated.

Lightning lord is better though.

Because his roll attack (what you think he'd be the best at) is no where near the best charge type attack. He also looks ridiculous, in particular his bounce around close up on the portal. if he is underrated, its only by a couple spots.

Whirlwind is probably the one who is further down most lists then she deserves to be. Both as a competent PvE character and PvPer. Is she top tier.....no. But she isn't a bottom dwelling piece of cannon fodder either.

Gill Grunt is the only other one I can think of that is still underrated by and large. He is arguably the best solo PvE skylander, a competent PvPer who no one has a gimme win against that I can think of off the top of my head, yet folks still act like he's middle of the pack. He is the whole package. I feel his position as the least favorite of the three starters doomed him from the start, yet he was definitely the best. I also feel the fact that 90% of the folks out seemed to have gone the harpoon path first damaged his reputation for good even after they switched.

Chop chop. No one thinks he is good but he can beat all the skylanders in PvP with his skill besides Terrafin and stealth elf.

Yeah his unlimited water gun with the Neptune Gun upgrade is o.p. since each exploding sea creature is 20 pts. Yeah Gill is amazing....best starter for sure.

I don't think Zook gets enough credit. He's one of my favourite figures, and his bazooka is actually pretty fun to use. In a game of boring projectile characters like Hex, Drobot, or Gil-Grunt, Zook's Bazooka shrapnel gives him a bit of extra strategy that other projectile characters don't have. I even have a double of him sealed in the packaging because I like him that much. Looking forward to what his new attacks will be like in the Series 2 version of him. (Which is one of the only Series 2 figures I intend to buy at this point)
