What Is Going On With My Skylander Game!?!? [CLOSED]

so i was playing skylanders on the wii. it was on my fourth file and i was playing as hex on the cardavourus (sorry if i misspelled that) crypt. i had just beaten the level and it was loading so i could go back to the ruins, but then the screen went black. i still let me go to the menu that allows you to pick a level and the wii menu. i went to the skylander menu and went on my first file, and the same thing happened. the only way i could stop it was to go to the wii menu and go back onto the game. it only seems to start when i go onto my fourth file as hex, because i tried it with cynder and it worked fine. PLEASE HELP!!!

Have you tried turning the Wii off, taking off the disc, putting it back in, and turning it on?

I know but It read more like anger/frustration, rather than sarcasm. I know it wasn't the most helpful post in the world but he meant well. It's all good.

That's happened to me a few times. Just turn off the Wii, start it up again, and it should be fine.

If the Wii is the one that crashed, here is what you should do:

Unplug the power cord, plug it back in, and turn the Wii on..


If its the game:

Reset the Wii, but the file may be glitched, and if that happens, you sadly have to restart the game.

I have another problem. so today i was on my game and i was playing lair of kaos. i had switched to warnado and it was showing its elemental symbol, but it didn't show warnado. so i restarted the level and it showed the level, but warnado was not there. like, where warnado was suppose to be, there was nothing. so i turned off the game and turned it back on. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY SKYLANDER GAME!!!!

You must have corrupted data. Try restarting.
