Who would win out of warnado eye of the storm and cam melon master

Depends on the player's skill. Are we assuming the pliers are equal? If so, then I guess Camo.

Camo. Warnado is good but camo simply overpowers him.

So cam would win. Players are equal. Say we were talking tiers what tier would warnado be in lower middle or upper?

I think Warnado would win, but it would be a really long and drawn-out fight. Melon Master actually has very limited range, and nothing to really counteract swarms of bouncing mini-Warnados. Warnado can escape anything Camo throws at him with his lightning-fast spin attack, and just keep firing round after round of the minis until the fight is over. Granted, this does depend on the arena, but Melon Master's atrocious speed and limited range will probably be his undoing if the Warnado player knows when and how to attack.

Yeah, Warnado would win in the hand of the right player. Warnado can win most battles against non Fires, non-S Tier characters, you just need to be extremely patient using him. I think he's quite underrated, at the least he definetly isn't in the bottom of C Tier like most of you are saying.

He is definitely a Mid Tier. He's average, not good nor bad.
