Boom! That's what I said. So glad he was cut out of the game a little ways through. Have actual anxiety that he will be the pilot touring the levels in Giants. I have never experienced a more annoying character in a game. I also found him quite inappropriate.

faun really likes patrick warburton, but a little of his talent can go a long way and he is very capable of playing characters with too much bravado. flynn wore on faun's nerves pretty quickly. he was endearing at first, but the "idiot meat head" stereotype is not a favorite. faun is very glad cali is constantly turning him down and hopes she keeps doing so.

it is quite amusing to see so many people calling other, real persons names because these persons don't like flynn as much as them. you should all note that, just because someone doesn't like what you do, doesn't mean it invalidates what you like. if you wouldn't say these things to a person's face, don't say them in text on a forum. anonymity is no excuse to be crude.

Though I think I should add that it's not all Patrick Warburton's fault, he didn't create the character or the script... I think he'd still be annoying if he was voiced by someone else.

Though personally I find Flynn creepy and there are other words I'd use to describe him but most of them are unsuitable...

that is a good addition to this argument, deandria. :) any voice actor can get an annoying or rough script to work with. patrick warburton is great as characters like the live action the tick, brock samson, kronk, and many others. it is really just the personality of the character flynn that grates on many people.

faun agrees with that, too. in real life, faun has met many people like flynn (who don't understand "no" or personal boundaries, among other things) and it is not endearing or charming in any way. there is definitely a very good argument to be made that flynn is something of a misogynist, at least if his treatment of cali is anything to go by.

Hime thinks that faun refers to herself (himself?) in the 3rd person too much. This wears on Hime's nerves pretty quickly.

Eh, come on guys, don't take it so seriously. What GigaCamo means is that he's annoyed with how Flynn, not his actor, seems to be so self-centered and annoying. I personally agree with him- in fact, when he mentioned that he got the idea from "a friend", well, that friend was me. However, he didn't cover the points I wanted to make.

Ice Dragoness means hate topics in general and is talking, in general, to people who make hate topics. Also, these topics are only done to get attention. They're basically a cry for attention by saying:

"HEY EVERYONE! LOOK AT ME! I HATE THIS CHARACTER! WHO'S WITH ME?"

Hate topics are all a cry for attention both from people who agree and disagree with the statement.

Flynn is a bit of a douche, but it's a nice kind, the kind that's not more funny than annoying, if you get my drift. I bet everyone here can think of someone WAY more obnoxious who appears WAY more often and gets everyone else into WAY more trouble.

I honestly think Hugo is beyond annoying. He's a brownnoser, lied about making the Core of Light, and is just really a nagger. Am I nitpicking,? Yes, but if you think Flynn is the least bit annoying, Hugo has to be even more.
