What path is best for drill sergent i have heard good and bad things about both paths?

Well if wii the mega dozen is nerfeed but it is still better even on the wii

Megadozer is the most powerful but battle dozer leaves his rockets in really good shape, Overall megadozer

Megadozer:24-damage, uninterruptible, fast, short duration attack+a much faster Auto-Blaster.
Battledozer:18-damage, infinitely ranged due to the MIRVs, nigh-unavoidable missiles.

I chose Megadozer, and if youcombine the three attacks, it can leave a massive impact.

I reset my Ignitor a while back, as I wanted to try his Blademaster path. But since then I have found that most people agree that Soul of the Flame is better.

My dilemma is, should I try Blademaster once he gets upgraded enough, or should I stick with Soul of the Flame? Which path is more fun?

PS: I am on the Wii, if that makes a difference.

Keep it on soul of the flame, it is way better than blade master

Yep keep Soul of the Flame. Blademaster will just leave you disappointed.

For Drill Sergeant, I find Megadozer to be quite a nice path. On PVP, he is very fast, and with the dash and auto blaster combined he ends up doing a lot more than you'd think. I play on the Wii, and although he is somewhat nerfed, he's far from useless. He's a pretty average character in my opinion, along the same lines as Nut Crafter Stump Smash, but is fun to play as, and like I said is very fast. For Battledozer, I have only heard negative things.

I never heard anything about battle dozer

Battle dozer is okay if you just want to make his rockets fly everywhere but his damage numbers still are low much like spyro, but on the other hand battle dozer helps with your speed, gives you deflection and makes your auto blaster wayyyy better. For all its worth drill s. isn't needs more damaging attacks and is still a lower tier. Go with megadozer

Would you rather shoot out your destructive,flaming soul that you can control to cover a huge area while dealing incredible damage?
Or would you rather pointlessly swing around a lumbering stick that misses half the time?

SoTF is one of the most fun paths ever. I can kind of understand the fact that you have a giant sword, but as many have said it misses half of the time and Ignitor just has too low an HP stat to be doing melee. No offense, but your cousin must be rather bad, or is just new to the game, to be beaten by Blademaster. SoTF is superior in every single way. It's faster, more damage dealing, more fun-the list goes on.

If you pick bm you will have to get in close making him outclassed by stealth elf drobot terrafin voodood dino rang zook and maybe even someone a little bad like spyro. Go with SOTF for the last time. Also just for the record if we listened to you all the time we'd have a drobot with cd.

I see why battle dozed but really? SotF is way better, almost on the top five, which he is and if someone loses it is either that person is bad or your just good, in this case your cousins bad

It is a boring build cuz all you do is press one button and don't get any action! I'd much rather be up Coles and personal!

You might want to fight up close, but is it fun to miss every other swing? Is it fun to lose because the damage you took while being close was too much for Ignitor's low health?
Besides, you get plenty of action in SotF. You get to control the flame and chase down enemies. You also get to create an explosion to do large amounts of damage. In my opinion, those things are much more fun than swinging a sword around, an action that many other skylanders can execute. Only Ignitor has an attack like his flame mortar.

Looks like some offensive stuff gone by. Well.. I can't believe blademaster is winning. Any other arguments this is practically done

Sonic boom? Going for the spammable 1st shout attack or for the 4 babies who pretty much kill everything without doing anything? (They Killed Chaos for me)

For Sonic Boom I love Medea Griffon. I haven't tried the other one yet, granted, but the babies get really useful after the upgrades on MG. And hey, I think it's fun to see them kill everything while Sonic Boom can swiftly fly through, maybe occasionally attacking them with her roar (which I think is powerful enough..) if she needs to.

For sonic boom,Medea griffin for sure,Medea griffin is the best improvement build in the hole game,you go from having 3 useless little baby's that die quickly,as well as the eggs only doing 20 damage,to shooting FOUR eggs at a time,the eggs 40 damage EACH,oh,and did I mention that the baby's hatch fully grown?it's just an awesome path!

Honestly, both are good in my opinion.
While Medea has the egg bombs for a startling 40 damage each and babies that attack from birth, Siren has a zero need to aim.Plus, I haven't confirmed this, but perhaps Siren is better against summoner foes solely because of the Echolocation upgrade, as if you hit them(I repeat to make sure it sticks:NOT TESTED), there are going to be waves forming and your opponent will take 11 damage per wave.The Egg shocker is kind of a waste in PvP but well...I guess Medea is better left for those who have no way of giving you the chance of spreading waves.

Meada griffen is the one I like. But like joerox said pick whatever one u like

I would also go Medea. The egg grenades are just way too useful to pass up, and fully-grown babies are a nice perk as well. Nothing outright wrong with Siren Griffon though, and in fact it may even be the superior of the two builds in PVE.

I love Medea. But what I don't like is the accuracy of hitting people with the eggs since it does some kind of weird twirly thing
