Oh wow. Yeah he does look pretty awesome. Looks more like a badass dragon. I wonder why they went with the bird-ish look.

I like the old one better personally.. They changed him because he "didn't look much like a phoenix" but I think they overdid the bird thing for him now.

I was just thinking that maybe way back when they were still doing concepts that Sunburn wasn't originally going to be a phoenix? What if they had something else in mind for him? He still looks cool the way his is now but this reptilian look has me intrigued.

He hardly looks like a dragon anymore to be honest.
Note I said hardly. Since he is shaped like a dragon and has 4 legs and whatnot.

Half phoenix or not, I wish they stayed with the old design. It doesn't look much like a phoenix either but you can't say it isn't at all because of the feathers and the tail.

Agreed, I cannot tell that he is a dragon anymore, he looks just like a bird, not a hybrid.

Either way, he can't be phoenix/dragon at the same time, pretty much. I like the reptile design better, but many of you like the other one. I respect your opinion, and, whatever design, he's a good Skylander.
