This is a topic where you can show off all your custom figures because there already heaps off topics all about one custom figure so just show of your custom figures or show us one you found on eBay so there won't be confusion with topics about one custom figure

Here are two of the ones my wife and I made, when I get around to it I'lll finish the ones we're working on now

and fyi, the custom trigger happy is a legendary edition

It would actually be nice to have them all in one thread!

Here's the custom Chop Chop I made.


First he was painted silver (with a sharpie lawl)


Then I painted him red. It's a combo of a metallic red and another red paint from Walmart. Total was like $2 for the paints.

Wow! I wish I had the skill and imagination to paint like that!

I've only made minor changes, but they're still cool.


Spyro's orange claws annoyed me, so I changes them.


And Sonic Boom looks better like this.

its the little changes that count. I always wondered why they didn't bother painting spyros nails?

These all look awesome. Stormbringer, I saw yours in another post. Very cool.

Here is my custom drobot I painted. I like it but it does not look very good in this photo. I used a yellow towel as the backdrop so that may have effected the way the camera took the photo of it. I dunno but it is much better in real life! lol

Thank you! I thought it would be cool if the actual dragon looked like a shadow monster and the armor contrasted the actual beast.

What you miss in the photos is there is lightning underneath her chin, legs , and a purple heart on her chest. Also her belly is repainted as well...and the base was accentuated with some bronze/black.

Every time I see amazing custom skylanders I am inspired....but I dont really have the money spare to mess around painting one, too worried I would muck it up lol

All these are so AWESOME so keep them coming so there will be more AWESOMENESS

So...I had a thought. They need to release a new game that encourages customization. Where in game you can color your character and add hand painting in game and out of game. It wouldn't be that difficult to implement and imagine everyone's collection would be unique and special. You could even include a painting kit in the starter pack...lol. I am very tempted to customize my whole set. But mainly I'd keep them looking the same but add detail, shading and accentuate them to look mor e realistic.

I just went with a simple colour scheme, based on an OC (as well as a tiny bit of custom moulding to remove Cynder's exceptionally feminine chest). It would be cool to paint more like my other OCs, but theres not many Skylanders that would work for them... and painting them is a little bit of a pain with that base in the way @_@.

Wow I really like how Cynder can pull of a dark Scheme. Her pose and scale detail I think makes her a favorite for people to paint. Great job on her!

So I finally decided to do something with the extra Bash and Voodood I had.

I was looking for some spray paint to paint them both, but I'm all out of gold apparently. Luckily, mom found some gold paint in a little container, and after mixing it up, I painted Bash.



He came out pretty cool actually. I'm thinking Silver for Voodood, but I dunno yet.

My girlfriend is wondering what would be best to make, either pack that matches or random Skylander colors that look good, she is super good at painting, she does ceramic figurines, don't have anything to show yet, 2 cents please.

She should make whatever she wants! If you are not painting for fun, then you are doing it wrong.

What paints do you guys se? My kid wants a Legendary Stealth Elf and it might get played with so I need a sturdy ain't that will have the east likelyhood of getting scratched ff.

I use folkart acrylic paint I found at walmart. It's about 2 dollars a bottle and comes in shiny or non shiny. You don't even need too many colors just mix them together. I don't have a purple but I mixed my blue and red to get it

My cousin came over and made his first painted Skylander. Not bad considering this is the first time he's done anything like this at all!

Dang...that is one angry psycho whamshell! Can't wait to see him all finished!
