I don't think so, I think Whirlwind is the best and Sonic Boom comes close but Stealth is is way stronger though

funny what? you are funny. whirlwind against double trouble? lol. even sonic boom loose against him. the only who have a chance against him are the broken trinity drobot-stealth elf-terrafin, and it's a close match. your exalted stealth elf probably is also the weakest for double trouble.

smilie he's not that bad really I guess but I get annoyed by the way you have to wait before you can use his dash attack again. I like his style and his attacks are cool in theory but the dash timer just makes me annoyed.
