I have 16 skylanders, on two games I have done everything I can think of to move the onwership from one to another to fix the issue but
Game one
13 skylanders
Game two
14 skylanders

No matter what I do I can't get it to show 16 there on that selection screen even though the in-game collection shows all 16

Any advice?

Do you have any Legendary Figures? I have 36 figures, but my PS3 Save screen shows 34. I believe it is because I loaded Legendary Bash and Legendary Chop Chop before I loaded the Regular versions. I loaded Spyro and Trigger Happy before I loaded their Legendary Counterparts. I tested this theory out on another Save and it seems to work. Curious what you will find out?

I have 32 i think?
But it always shows one less. And I got all the Originals before the Legendaries.
And I am also on the PS3

i have 35 skylanders but my game file says 11. I wouldnt worry about it to much, they all say owned for me in the game and they are unlocked in game as well

I've tried this about a dozen times and it still comes up one or 2 short. I just got 3 more in the mail so will try another round of the claim onwership game and see if it does anything.

I have all the Legendary figures and have ownership of all my figures on the same game file, but it says I have one less than I actually do. I used every Legendary figure for the first time after using every regular counterpart for the first time. I've been assuming Legendary Trigger Happy is the one that's not loading correctly since he was from a separate batch, so to speak, from the other Legendaries, but that's not based on anything other than the general timing of when I noticed the count was wrong.

My advice: Don't worry about it.

I have the PS3 version and my game did the same thing to me. I contacted Activision Support and provided them with screenshots of the Save File screen and the Skylanders Collection screen. The customer support guy even had me list every single Champion I had. He reported back that he didn't see this as effecting my game in any way, and I can tell you that it doesn't. I still get all of the Accolades as I should and the percentages as I need to. It just seems to be some sort of weird glitching issue that isn't really an issue at all.

EDIT: Some people say to check the Ownership of your figures and the guy at Activision Support recommended the same thing. I did this as well and it didn't change anything. I think as long as you have the Champion in your Collection and their Heroic Challenge available for you to complete, you should be golden.

I don't know if I'll stop worrying about it. Those sort of things bother me, but I do appreciate the info. At least now I can stop myself from trying another round of ownership swapping from game to game to see if that missing one will just work at some point.

I understand what you mean. It bothered me for a little bit, too.
