so i read that a few people that broke there skylanders got them replaced without having to return the broken one, and since my Bash spazs out every other time i put him on the portal i decided to see if i could replace him.
I filled the little forum out on the activision site and finished up to the point were it gave me a code number to save. but then i accidentally closed the window before i could write the number down.
so my question is, should i be checking my mail for a new Bash? or did i miss a step and should start over?
also i never got any confirmation emails

Sounds like you need to start over. I would think you would get a confirmation e-mail. But I have never had to replace a figure yet, so I'm not 100% sure.

Follow this link - //forum.darkspyro.net/spyro/viewposts.php?topic=45980
Then, go to activision.riverstar.com and attempt to fill out what information you have. You should be able to recover your RMA # from there.

i went to activision.riverstar.com and put in my email and zip and it still yelled at me that i need a rma.
i believe i did get to that point tho last time, so i guess i will just wait to see if it comes in the mail. but i must admit, being the picky OCD person i am, im worried that the Bash they send me will have a crappy paint job. am i the only one that wont buy a figure if its got a splotch of paint in the wrong place? thats also the reason i never would buy from ebay |

you should get an email confirmation I think. Yeah I compare some of the figures to check the paint job before I purchase... back when there was the luxury of seeing more than one figure on the shelf =_=;

Then I suggest contacting activision directly with your information and see if they can get you your RMA #.

It gives you the RMA # whenever you finish submitting, but you basically have to write it down because they don't ever send you anything else about it.
Thats what happened to me an the Healing Elixir I got. I was like "Aww crap. I should have wrote that own"

I have the same problem. I submitted a replacement request for Hex and did not write down the number. I just tried to go through the process again, and the site tells me that I have to call this time. Maybe I will call them later and see if they can give me my RMA number again.
