We have a ways before wave 5 comes out or we are likely to learn about giants. So I figured we could play this game. We will start with all 32 skylanders and the 5 in game variants. Once a day every board member is allowed to vote on their least favorite skylander. At the end of each day, I will eliminate the skylander with the most votes. All Skylanders start with a clean slate for the next round. You can vote for a skylander to be eliminated for any reason you like. Rounds will be approximately 20-30 hours long in duration. I will update this original post as skylanders are eliminated.

I am voting for Spyro because he is my least favorite of the Spyro variant and there are too many of those

My vote: Legendry Trigger Happy. There was too much hype about him, then there was the release and now he is everywhere.

Camo. He's so overrated. I can't see what's so special about him. It's probably just his dragon-ness. If he was a lizard, no one would care.

I vote Spyro. He is overated and his attacks don't suit me.

Boomer is the worst. So freaking boring. Yes, I'm judging a book by its cover. He has to be the first one off the board.

Hes the only Skylander I've played as that I could not stand.
Add on a boring design, despite being made of Lava- which I adore in designs.

Haven't even levelled him up once, but I've heard people say both pathways are bad for him.

Eliminate Zook because I'm sick and tired of hearing about him.

Edit: Wow, I just read the rules more carefully...that's gonna take forever! Just count me in to eliminate Zook everyday until he's eliminated.

Ghost Roaster. He is really quite bad on the Wii.

Ergh has got to be Hex.

It's a hard choice but I'm going to have to vote Stump Smash on this round, he's slow, his attacks are awkward, especially his combo moves... and he's ugly.

I have to say stump smash. He looks cool as a toy but is terrible in game

Hm.. I say Cynder. She's overrated and I despise her character.

Sunburn, he's okay in-game but not as strong as the other dragons. I also think that they could have done a little better with the toy design.

Guys, you can't just hate a Skylander because they are overrated, that's just a problem with the fanbase and every fanbase has an overrated character.
Anyway, I vote Stump Smash since I hate his design and attacks.

For me I think it's wrecking ball, he is pointless.

Any legendary. I hate them all. They are wastes of money because they are the same as the regular character. Just different colors. I'll narrow it down to L-Bash. The colors look bad on him.

^ Funny thing, I like the legendary coloring, especially L. Bash but I don't care much for L. Trigger's.

My vote is definetly towards drill sergeant i think his attacks aren't too good and hes just a pretty boring character sorry to all the people fond of him

Can you feel the hate? On a serious note this was a very close round with a lot of participation.

Here is the round breakdown:

1vote each- Drill Sergeant, Legendary Trigger Happy, Zap, Legendary Bash, Camo, Zook, Chop Chop, Ghost Roaster

2 votes each- Wrecking Ball, Wham-Shell, Eruptor, Sunburn, Hex

3 votes each- Spyro, Boomer


Both Stump Smash and Cynder are eliminated by tying with 4 votes. Both of these being early eliminations surprised me.

It's funny how the elimination votes wwent full circle taking both a life and undead elemental.

Questions and Issues:


To Sykotek: Sorry I do not feel comfortable with locking in votes for future rounds. This is for multiple reasons, mainly I feel the tide will turn on specific skylanders very quickly and it may not be fair for you to have you locked into a vote in later rounds. It also may not be fair to others that have to sign on daily and catch up with current events of the board while others are automatically counted. I am sorry. As a side note I think it will take about a month for this whole process to occur. We have a possible 36 rounds and the ability for ties to drop multiple skylanders in one round and the possibility for surprise sudden death rounds for controversial skylanders will reduce this somewhat. We have already experienced our first multiple elimination.
Trentd78: I could not count your vote. Everyone else was only allowed one vote and it would have been unfair to allow you multiple votes. I considered taking your first vote then I realized something. Your vote anyway it was counted would have changed the end results of the game. A vote for Cynder would have saved Stump Smash from elimination. Counting Spyro or Boomer instead would have added them to the death list this round. Let this be an example that one vote most certainly matters in most rounds. For everyone: Please make all votes clear, otherwise I simply can’t count it.
Arceustheprime: The rules say anyone can vote for any reason. Although you are right that the validity of some reasons may be less tangible than others everyone’s vote counts. In the end you can choose a skylander because he is overrated and hate its name always being brought up or because you think it is secretly aligned with the federal government with a secret nefarious agenda. All reasons count.

Everyone loves Boomer. God-tier Skylander there.

Chop Chop, he's weak no matter how you play him... the disparity of skill required for a pvp win with Chop Chop against almost any other Skylander would be like pitting a 6 year old against a hardcore gamer... I suppose his only real use would be so you don't have to try so hard to lose against your kids in pvp...
