Sunburn not showing up in collection [CLOSED]

So I got DP last week, finished the extra level, maxed Sunburn out completely... even did her heroic challenge, but for some reason when I go to collection in the game and go to skylanders, it is not showing that I have Sunburn. Anyone else having this problem? PS3 version BTW.

Did you try changing the ownership? Sometimes when someone puts a pack on the demo portal in-store, it can change the ownership.

There appears to be something wrong if you have access to heroic challenge but do not have him in your displayed collection. The only obvious question is did you complete the heroic challenge in the same save file you tried to view the collection? Try changing ownership but your description indicates a more severe issue.

edit: You should also be able to see him in your displayed collection even if you do not have his soul gem although he would not possess the border emblem you get for characters you have gained their soul gems for.

Sorry didn't realize it was a "he". But yes I got the soul gem in DP as well. I haven't checked the ownership, that's a good idea.

Check the ownership and if that doesn't work, contact Activision Customer Support. For this, I'd recommend just straight-up calling them and explaining your situation.

Hit the "stats" button. Go to the manage tab. Hit ' ownership' . Select the yes node. If it doesnt do that, go to Activision.com and click on skylanders. Tell them the prob and they might get you a new smilie
