I mean where is the love for Zook??? It is crazy! He could prove to be a killer beast and no one would even care because you didn't want him! Looks aren't everything you know.

I have to say, I'm not that excited about him, he doesn't appeal to me visually, but you're right, that could mean I would miss out on something special. In the final fight against Kaos I find he can do some serious damage to me with that bazooka shrapnel stuff of his.

That said I can't really justify buying all the Skylanders and I already have Stealth Elf for life... and Camo really appeals to my love for dragons so I can't see me getting him outside of a triple pack or as a gift. He does come in a triple with Cynder though... I wasn't thinking of getting that triple as I'm not so fond of Lightning Rod either but then again it's a visual thing, it sounds like his attacks are really good too...

Bah this game won't rest until I've bought all of them will it? lol

I started off thinking "What a rip-off, £6.99 for an extra character? I'll not pay that." which changed to, "Well maybe just one of each element..." then added, "Oh but then I want all the level packs too..." and then "OMG dragons! I must get them all too".

I'm not quite at the, "Must... have... them... all..." part yet but it seems to be the direction I'm going in >.<

I feel like he's outshined by Stealth Elf's damage factor and Camo's dragon factor. (Stump Smash doesn't count because no one likes him lawl)

He seems pretty cool though. That bazooka looks like it'll be a lot of fun.

i don't like zook very much. he is similar to hex, but worse (imo of course).

I don't get all of the Hex love, either. My son just opened the Zap/Hex/Dino-Rang triple pack this weekend, and I'm not too impressed with her. Her secondary attack is just SO SLOW. We chose the Bone Crafter upgrade route because the second upgrade says that the Rain of Skulls attack and Wall of Bones takes much less time to perform. But we haven't actually gotten that particular upgrade yet. Is the time reduction similar to that of Eruptor's Quick Eruption upgrade? We play on the Wii, which apparently is still much quicker to perform the Eruption attack than on other platforms.

Meh, he's cool. Not really my kind of thing but he's alright. Then again, it's your own opinion; if you like him, yeah, that's fine, if you hate him, yup, that's cool too. It's your own opinion, likewise to feelings about othyer Skylanders, and in fact, most things in life.

i think the character's design is cool, but the gameplay a little underwhelming. hex is wonderful is she's... alone. against an enemy, who destroy his bone wall or interrupt his rain attack, is weak. zook is similar. the fungal barrier will be useful but fragile, the mortar bomb faster than hex's attack but weaker and the bazooka attack will be strong but slow

I like Zook... His attacks look really fun, and I like the defensive ability (when Kaos had him, he was a pain to beat).

Maybe if I find him REALLY cheap somewhere, or in a triple pack with two other figures I really want

I don't know your opinion on Lightning Rod but the Zook triple would get you Cynder number 3... (or is it 4 now?).

See, I'm not really fond of him either I'm just interested in the dragons at the moment, that's all really. Maybe Flameslinger and Hex... But apart from them, none of the "series 1" figures really interests me :/

And yeah, that'd make 4 Cynder Although one of them is for someone else, so that would make 3 for myself
