Fixed Attributes and Upgradable Statistics [CLOSED]

I asked this question in the Trigger Happy thread, but I think it deserves its own thread. Does anyone know if the Skylanders move differently if they have the same speed (upgradable statistic) but different movement (fixed attributes found on the card)? For example, let's say you have the following characters:

Prism Break (10 agility on his card, 35 starting speed)
Trigger Happy (60 agility, 50 starting speed)
Stealth Elf (100 agility, 50 starting speed)

Also, let's say Prism Break completed two speed heroic challenges to get his speed up to 51, basically making him equal to Trigger Happy and Stealth Elf. Is there any in-game difference to their movement? In other words, do the card stats mean anything at all? It seems to me, they should have SOME impact on game play, but I'm not sure. Someone who has all three figures but hasn't done the heroics would be able to test this out. I have them all, but have done all of the heroics for all three, and I really don't feel like re-setting them to find out the answer.

Finally, does anyone know the starting levels for each Skylander's upgradable statistics? I have seen things online, but I have noticed some errors even when comparing card stats, so I can't take anything they post as true. I guess I could reverse engineer these numbers, since I believe HP doubles from level 1 to level 10, and the completed heroics are known values.

Just curious.

At least to me, it feels like characters like Prism Break and Stump Smash move incredibly slowly, while Stealth Elf moves faster. Maybe it's just me, but the ones that do have slower speed on their cards do move slower.

Although, I don't think the cards are accurate in their numbers.

All the characters move the same speed for some reason. My chop chop has 74 speed and I made him race Gill grunt with 35 speed and it was a tie.

That would be very strange, because I did notice a difference from when my characters hadn't completed any heroics compared to after they completed the six speed challenges.

I also wonder if the agility number is just how fast their stride shows up on screen. Some characters seem to take big, lumbering steps, like Prism Break, Stump Smash and Eruptor. But some seem to take short, quick steps, like Stealth Elf and Flameslinger. I would think that an 80 speed Eruptor would have a tie race with an 80 speed Flameslinger. They would just look a lot different getting to the finish line. Maybe that's all it is?

Yeah. They just look faster for PVE but in PVP it is different. In PVP some characters move faster than others. Maybe its just my version of the game where the PVE speed got messed up.

I definitely noticed a difference in speed in my Skylanders with the Speed Heroics completed. However, a Stealth Elf without any challenges still seems to be faster than an Eruptor with all Speed Challenges complete. It makes me think that the Speed Value is a percentage upgrade of some base Speed Value that is not shown in the Statistics Window.

Why do I think that? The Armor Statistic is not a straight percentage of the hits that are blocked. If so, a Slylander with a 50 Armor would have 50% of hits blocked. We all have many Skylanders with an Armor value greater than 50 and have not noticed half the hits getting blocked (yellow shield icon). That means that the Armor Value is a percentage upgrade of some base Armor Value that is not shown (in Armor's case, the value could even be the same for all Skylanders).

Argument against this thinking is Elemental Power. This number is a straight percentage bonus based on the attack. If you have a 60 Elemental Power and your base attack does 10 Damage, then you would do 16 Damage in your Elemental Zone, broken out as such:
Base 10
Elem 6 (60% of 10 = 6)
Total 16
