So I apologize if this has been asked before, but what is your guys' reason to continue playing after completion, in game or in real life?
This can be something expanded from just what to do in the game. For example now that I have finished the game, I'm more interested in collecting the remaining figures, and displaying them nicely.
I'm curious what other reasons people may have to continue their adventures in Skylands, be it maxing out characters, replaying, etc.

I've just finished, and I plan to collect all the treasures, upgrades then reset the whole thing.

I'm a collector at heart, so i will be going for all the figures I can. I also plan on getting all of them to lvl 10 with all upgrades. Don't know if i will do every heroic challenge with every toon though...

The heroic challenges are strangely draining for me. It's hard to complete more than one or two in a sitting. The levels I feel retain a much better replay value.

For the 3DS version I like to go back through the stages and see if I can beat my best time.

Wait for new characters to be released, level them, and raise an army. I'm training them for Skylanders Giants and every game after that. This after-game-effect is the uncomfortable feeling that people will slowly need to adjust to. Most gamers put the disc back in the box and forget about it after they beat the game. Here you have these figures sitting around, stored stats, gold, etc on them, reminding you about the game. If they were articulated it would have been fun to play with them after you beat the game, that's what my customizing them is for. But for now you just collect them and put them somewhere special. They lie in wait, powerful and ready to take on future challenges.

Leveling up all the characters, I'm on my third time playing through all the levels on the Wii and I almost completed the game on the PC, each time I use different characters until I get them maxed out.
Also the heroic challenges, those are great, I've completed them all, around 26 or 27 total (available) with 7 of my characters so far. I don't agree about them being draining... I don't find them draining at all, sometimes I do like 15 challenge levels in one sitting. |

I usually go back and play a level or two, although a few characters I've resetted and tried the other path.
I've got 100% in both the Wii and 3DS games (Well, until Dragon's Peak is out) and all my Skylanders are lv 10 now. Once everything is all done (probably summer time) I'll just play a bit here and there. I spent a lot of my time on the internet anyways, so games usually just stay in my console until I buy another one.

I play for a while once I've bought a new figure. I usually burn out once the figure's been maxed out. Otherwise, I only play it a short while whenever I'm bored while babysitting my lil cousin.
