Alright, that's perfectly fine.
Yet, if you like the gameplay on the console versions but don't like the 3DS version's gameplay... why the need for jumping? Diablo and Gauntlet are similar games and they don't have jumping and they don't feel restricted at all.
Because, since my childhood, I'm so used to games that have jumping, I'm used to it, and it feels abnormal.
