Apologies if this has been posted already (and if it has, I would appreciate if ONE person told me as such so I can shut the topic, and not have a whole pile of people moan at me).

I was on my DeviantART just, and noticed this in my DeviantWatch. This may not be of any significance to anyone outside the UK, but the artist of this picture, Nigel Dobbyn, is a professional comic artist who worked on Sonic the Comic back in the 90s. And I'm pretty sure he wouldn't be drawing a Skylanders comic as a recreational pastime, as cool as the franchise is. So we might be seeing a Skylanders comic in the UK, which I think would be pretty cool.

Oh cool. Never saw that before, but it's certainly something they could do pretty easily.

He says it's just a sample, so maybe they're planning one.

OHHHHH! I know Nigel Dobbyn's style anywhere! He was my favourite Sonic the Comic artist back in the day. I even bought an original piece of STC from him and got it signed two years later. It's a great talking piece in my house! Great find Sunny!

I hope Nigel Kitching is on board with this too. He was the main writer for Sonic the Comic and wrote some cracker stories

My kids and I would love a comic. They already do like "puppet" shows for themselves with the figures we have. This would make their day.

A comic would be a great, It would give us all a better idea of the real scale of skylands and what the characters behave like. Like Is eruptor slow and dim witted like a snorlax or is he really agro kinda like a firey eric cartman, lol.

A Skylanders comic would be AWESOME!

Wow. A comic would be cool... Better than a TV show IMO, cause there hasn't been a decent western cartoon (aside from Generator rex) in years...
And it would be nice to see some more personality from the skylanders.

I'd actually prefer a comic over any sort of animation. Just as long as the dialogue isn't as cheesy as most of the game's. Of course.

A comic or something in the form of that style would beat anything, because the chances of anything else is low

I'd love to see a comic. It'd give us a better look at Skylands, and help show the characters true personalities. But I wonder which storyline they'd use: the console or 3DS version? Or would they maybe somehow combine the two? Either way, it'd be awesome.

Promo's and trailers gave us a hindsight of some of the characters.

This looks interesting, I used to read and collect the Sonic comics but I'm not too much of a comic person anymore. Maybe this will bring my interest in comic books back. Hopefully Spyro will play a larger role than he does in the game in these comics.

Hmm...I like the idea of comics! Like to show the backstories of the Skylanders, or...Well, a boy and his Skylanders trying to save their universe!
