I literally have almost all upgrades so far for my 24 guys but Double Trouble's I have it on like 5 of my guys so far. It's so HARD though, the pots are so close together.... It's really pissing me off so many of my guys attacks are too strong for that level. ERUPTOR is hard to use in that level especially.. I don't know what to do, I find Heroic Challenges easy overall but this one is bull...

I think that's a good thing. It makes us improvise. It also makes the game worth going back and playing, as there is now challenge.
If you find certain methods not working, I bet there are other ways to win. I have all 60 of my Skylanders leveled to 10 and all abilities. I bet I could do it.

It's rough, but you have to use moves that don't damage a large area. I chose Sheep Burner Spyro, and doing his normal charge attack worked, but it took a while.

Tell me who you are having trouble with, and I will do it with that character right now. After done, I will explain what I did to beat it. All of my characters are 10 with all moves.
You have to think strategically with a maxed out character for some of these. Let me know who, and I will do that one with them asap.

If you're quick, it doesn't matter how many pots you destroy. Just avoid the pictures, forget about all those little -5's, and rush to the end. Sounds reckless, but it's highly effective.

Magic items do not work on Heroic Challenges for the PS3/360 version and Double Trouble's challenge is way easier on PS3/360 then Wii.

There is less pots in the way on PS3/360. I rotated for some characters because of this reason. It's one of the benefits for buying it on all platforms I guess.

Tons of differences in character play mechanics. Eruptor is most glaring; his Eruption attack, on Wii, threatens to put him in the top PVP tier, while he's mediocre on PS360. Ghost Roaster's charge, Stealth Elf's Acrobatics, Drill Sergeant's charge, Drobot's afterburners interruption rate, Hex's bone shields, and more, all behave radically differently on each version of the game. These changes very much impact the overall worth of many of these characters, and I'm sure this is only the tip of the iceberg. There are likely many more differences waiting to be found.

Drobot's Challenge is the only hard one for PS3/360 owners. Mainly PS3 as that one tends to lag with aiming.

The only missions that are easier on 360, are the sheep herding and charm missions.
The trick to winning, is you can't rush. Want me to do them on Wii, and show you? It will - for the most part - be the same, I bet.

I have a question about heroic challenges: I have level ten skylanders, and some of lower levels, but my lower level Skylanders can't even try the challenges of the higher level ones. Is this because my lower Skylanders are not up to it yet, or is there a glitch?

Telling ya, it's going to be just as easy, but fair enough, I will do it on the Wii version later. I am about to try out FFXIII-2 in a bit. The reason these are easy, is you can't rush them. You have to think and use the moves at the right time, facing the right direction. Like Eruptor. Everyone thinks to just spam his primary attack. However, the best way to avoid hitting pots and paintings, is the use his magma ball, which can be pushed up into the air, after hitting an enemy, by walking into it, as it hits an enemy. Like I said, strategy. I will do the same on the Wii. I will own those missions, like I did the 360 version. I don't call myself Gamemaster for nothing.

Okay, so maybe the Wii version is more difficult. This could be due to amateurish developers, though. The game on Wii is not only very glitchy, but some of those challenges were made almost near impossible. That means the developers didn't think before they made the game. This reminds me of NES games, where poor development made for difficult games that weren't meant to be difficult.
All I can say is, I feel sorry for those who only own the Wii version. Playing these challenges on 360/PS3 is almost a gift from God.

There are a lot of glitches in the wii version. And there is a glitch you will love on the wii GameMaster78. It is a glitch that allows you to go on the bridge in the ruins and the only character that can do the glitch is Terrafin.

The challenges are hard on the Wii, but possible. A lot are easy before you upgrade, but that just means you have a tougher challenge!
Thus far, I've attempted only Spyro, and some of them were a nightmare. But after a while, you get it done.

Well, I noticed that TFB had help in developing the PS3/360/PC versions. They still had a hand in developing, which leads me to believe they saw a lot of the faults with the Wii version, and further balanced the games on 360/PS3/PC.
Overpowered characters on Wii, are not overpowered on the HD versions. Heroic Challenges are possible with fully upgraded characters. The games run smoother. There's a lot in the HD versions of the game, that makes it feel more refined and complete.

Sonic Boom may have the easiest time of any Skylander on Double Trouble's challenge. Just don't use the sonic attack. ONLY use the babies. They will not touch the pots - only the trolls. Drobot pretty much needs to be reset if you've got him fully upgraded, IMO. His lasers are just too powerful - they go right through trolls and hit whatever is behind them. I've had many instances where I'm not even aiming at a pot or a painting, but his lasers somehow hit them. When I reset, though, it was VERY easy. Haven't had any luck with Eruptor, though. Or Boomer.
