I played this game at a friends house and fell in love with it. My gotta have them all actions made me go out and get the game. I currently have 12 opened skylanders and about 15 more unopened. My problem is I am already 65% through the game. Every level I have completed so far is 3 starred. I am trying to figure out if its worth opening the other 15 or taking them back. I love the game but once I have beat it...... Then what? will there be expansions or online gaming. Is there stuff already?
Just looking for some advice
Thanks in advance

You don't need to un-open the Skylanders to use them BTW. They work on the portal in their packaging.

Do what you want. If you're not going to play or collect them when your done, sell them or give them away or something
Currently the only "expansions" are the adventure packs Otherwise, if you think you're going to play again or just collect them, then keep them Also, there is an web game kinda thing, Spyro Universe |

I'd just keep them in their package, you can still play them. Later on if you're bored with the game you could sell them. I open all mine even though I've beat the game (not 100% completion though) because I like to collect them and handle them. |

You have done all the heroic challenges with all the characters? Seems to me that your looking for an escuse to either buy the rest or sell the lot.

I'd keep them, and even keep collecting them. If you wanted to resell them, your best bet would to have a full set of them, even if they're opened.
Once you beat each level with 3 stars, there's 4 expansion packs (3 out now) which give you a new character, 2 items and a new level (Chapter). After that, you can have each of your characters try out the Heroic Challenges (one for each Skylander) as well as playing in the PvP and trying for all the accolades. There's a lot of extra content, but once everything is released, they're more than likely going to be a sequel.

Mmm... I just have 5 skylanders and want to keep them, because is very but VERY HARD to find some skylanders in my country (nothing about the skylanders from the 2nd and 3rd wave, just SOME of the 1st wave, not all from that wave >.<). Now On-Topic, I think it's going to realise a sequel, so in my opinion you must keep your skylanders because they are not just toys, they are MORE THAN TOYS. Also you can play with them in the skylanders web site. After all is not my choise, it's your choise...

Don't forget about the 3DS version, which is a completely different game, and the free-to-play online Universe. There's more to do with your figures than just going through the console story mode.

It's incredibley likely that there will be a sequel to this game, considering that the game has been very sucessful, and that Activision like to make sequels of sucessful games.
It is also incredibley likely that the current character toys will be compatible with that sequel. (I'm sure there'd be some angry rioting from parents if they weren't.) For these reasons I would keep all of your toys. If you're desperate to sell something, then sell the game, though I highly doubt you'd get much money for it if you did.
