I got super lucky yesterday. Just walked in and they had one, plus 3 other characters I needed.

Wow the 2nd gamestop pulled the same bs. I have to drive 30 miles to get one on hold. Sorry guys I tried but gamestop employees screwed me. Im sendibg hq an email with locations and associate names. I stood outside the door noone else entered tge store and tgey tried to tell me someone bought them before i got tgere. Not possible. I hope tgey lose their jobs. Im reporting all of this.

The other 3 gamestops were holdibg figures for the same lady. Some woman is going around buying them all for resale. God I hate people. Whoever you are in East TN pulling this crap I hope u wreck your car and they all burn up in flames lol. I foubd cynder. Nobody wants your overpriced crap. Wish I couldve got mpre for some of u but damn this has been a headache and pain in my ass just trying to find one. One of the gamestops did send an email to their general manager and reported the associates that screwed us. Ill never do business with tgem again and I pre order stuff all the time. Im going to call the area manager myself and cancel my pre orders of other games. Maybe he will try to keep me as a customer and offer me first dibs on the next release or put out new rules that prevent associates from doing this in the future.

Glad you were able to find some, sorry it was such a hassle. They should really have a unified policy on these things and not hold the characters in any of the gamestop stores. First come first serve would make it a little harder for scalpers and have a one character per customer kind of policy.. I hope I'll at least be able to get a set for myself today.

Yeah my local wal mart had 15 triple packs/ adventure packs. Eoi, double trouble, flameslinger, sonic boom , pirate seas, darklight crypt. All last night. This morning a woman bought everyonr pf them. Whoever u are lady in the tricities u betrer pray to god our paths never cross. I will throw a 3 pack at your face , break into your house to cut all your skylanders in half anddestroy your computer so you can not log onto ebay anymore lol.

However, goes to show if u want these bad enough, dont ever give up. NEVER use ebay. Stop supporting these low lifea tgat take advantage of kids. If nobody pays 100$ then they wont sell them for 100$

Didnt find any wave 3 today but was happy to find that tru had the legendary pack in i called them and they said that that was litterally the only skylanders they had aside from starter kits

Good to know that they will keep stocking the legendary packs I know a couple of forum members have been looking for them.

I'm in milwaukee and the one on 27th. Idk if its really big news cause she made it sound like they had just found it or something >.< it was the only one they had, heck it was the only skylanders they had at all

found my cynder and double trouble today at 2 different gamestops.
the first gamestop didnt have any because someone literally followed the UPS guy in and bought what they had. gamestops in my city/metro area (kansas city), got UPS'd 6 figures each. a couple stores didnt get anything. and some of the 6 singles didnt even have a cynder. and right when i was buying double trouble someone called and asked if they had him, but they were too late, because it was mine.

The toys r us most likely just found an older one in the back room. Laughing at the gamestop hate though... do you honestly think other stores dont have employees cherry picking too? It sucks but comes with the game. Back in november ebay had several toys r us employees with tons of listings for legendary packs. A walmart employee who had over 20 drill sergeants. While I dont agree with employees being allowed to purchase in bulk certainly they are entitled to their own purchases. If they only got a few figures in and and employee wanted a few, that is his choice. Keep in mind most stores do not allow employees to ebay their purchases. Obviously it happens but believe it or not the companies do want to protect their customers and will take action if notified.

I've been calling three different TRUs over the last week and am either being told "we have no Skylanders at all" or "try calling again when we get a delivery next week".

Tru in TN has the legendary pack. Its onlome too but y did they raise the price to 24$? I cant wait to go back into gamestop and speak with management. Id rather been told they were keeping them instead of lying to my face. They wasted my whole morning. They were keeping the figures to resell. Im still pissed about it and I have every figure released to date.
