So, I bought the last upgrade for Stealth Elf, the one that you need her Soul Gem for, the regen?

It is seriously annoying. I love the sounds in the game, but that? I need to turn off the sound each time I play with her now.

Are there other annoying upgrades like that in the game? Making a character annoying? I want to know before I buy it =/

The treasure chest from Pirate Seas makes an annoying sound when you have it on the portal... but its worth it for the extra treasure.

This doesn't bother me that much. But the sound coming from Stealth Elf when she regains life is really annoying... I mostly stopped to play with her because of that and she's my most powerful character

Oh damn, you're right the hidden treasure is a good item but is a bit annoy to hear that, also it's a bit glitchy because when you open that chest after getting 2 chest in any level, the game says you find all the treasures from this level, but that's not true o.O

Some of the characters just talk in gibberish which is hilarious for some of them, especially when they start humming. However, most of them sound like they're being taken over by the dark lords. Like seriously.

The treasure chest from the Pirate Seas is also the fastest way to get money.

Back were you get to talk to Hugo and all the other NPC activate the treasure chest (also leave it on the portal the whole time).
Find the treasure chest as it will be in a different place and get the money.
Then go talk to one of the NPC (the skeleton, bomb making robot, and a few others don't work) and the treasure chest will reappear in the same spot.
Now keep repeating.
You can also skip some of the dialog of the NPC by pressing C on the Wii Version.

The best location is when it appears in front of Flynn the hot air balloon guy because you don't have to go to far when talking to him and back to the treasure chest.

Play better so you dont take damage. There fixed it for ya.

My stealth doesn't do the annoying sounds when she is full of health, Wii version. My daughter plays her all the time and has become her favorite female butt kicker.

On X360, the sound is always there, even when her health is full. My boyfriend doesn't want me to play with her when we are playing in coop, since it's too annoying.

Sorry to hear that Reimu. I guess it is one of those little differences between the different platforms.

i found the 'health sound' very relaxing on the ps3.. so i dont mind. maybe worse on the x360?...

I know what you mean about Stealth Elf, it's a such a distracting sound that seems like it was recorded louder than most sounds in the game

I will say the noises Zap makes when he uses his sea slime gets pretty grating after a while, but that's just me.

It's almost the same sound than the "low health" sound for me?

Actually, the best person to talk to is Callie. You can skip her dialouge and it'll pop right back up. Hugo's dialogue is annoying because you can't skip it, but sometimes you don't even have to move because he walks by!

I completely agree with you Reimu! I have her on the PS3 and I almost want to reset her and NOT do her soul gem upgrade. It is super annoying to have that sound every 5 seconds or so even when she has full health!

Does the Treasure Chest work on the Hub World on all version of the game? Because when we initially added it to the portal from the main hub world is told me that the item had been used up. It worked from within an individual level though.

You're talking about that "Grraaaahhhh" sound she makes when she regains health, right? On the Wii it happens normally, but I believe all Skylanders have a "gibberish" sound that they make even if they're moving (For instance, Terrafin and Double Trouble humming a song)

As far as we can tell, only the Wii Version allows you to do that. Coincidently, I found you can use the Treasure Chest multiple times in each individual level as well.

No it's almost the same sound than when your Skylander is on low health
