For simplicity I have equated $US to $A as the exchange rate has been pretty much 1:1 in the recent past; with the Oz $ winning a tad at the beginning and now with the greenback ever so slightly on top.

I have also included shipping cost in my calcs but pointed that out where applicable.

I did not keep receipts for early purchases (ironically, finally shredded them last weekend) so those values are approx, yet close. Likewise, I kept to integers and let the cents be swings and round-abouts.

I still have not seen any definitive proof that it exists yet. Even then, I would keep a tower case so my son could take a few to friends' houses.

Two of each character opened, one set for each upgrade path. One set sealed of course. I actually own 4 of each character, save for Ignitor, Dark Spyro and the Legendary 3-Pack figures, due to having bought each of the three packs currently out. I own 5 Dino Rangs since I own a silver variant. Two opened, one Single Pack sealed, one in sealed Triple Pack, and silver Single Pack sealed.

No game has ever gotten me to do something this insane before.

I think it is. I own 3 of them and none will register to the Skylander's Universe game. I've asked Activision and a member of Toys for Bob, they both say to contact someone else. That is them acknowledging that the Volcanic Vault item is the one that can be registered and it is indeed the Burning Aquaduct.

However, several of the character packs have been presents for good behavior and Sinterklaas gifts for 2 kids. Expensive? Yes. But so far the game has gotten so much more play hours (both with the game, the characters, collecting, trading card sorting and so on) than most games I've bought that it's been worth it.

I can't count the number of games I've bought over the years where the game is a game I really want to play, and yet I find myself playing it for an hour or 2 total and never really pick it up again afterwards while I keep telling myself I'll eventually play it.
