Where would you like Skylanders to go next??? What would you like to see in the future?
Music cd, a cartoon series, movies, more games, comic book, more toys, large statues, more content with adventure packs??? ???

All of the above! lol

Myself personally, hope they can get out one more game during this current generation of systems.
Would also like to see them add and fix up the current Skylander Universe on the PC.

Definatly more games.
And if they would make more games, I want this "3 different games in one concept" like console, webgame and 3DS. Three different Versions of the same game. I feel like I just started to play cuz I finnished it on the PS3 and now I'm playing on the 3DS

Game with online battle mode and higher difficulty.

But I don't want to see that happen for another 2 years. Take their time with the game.

Also, more characters, but make them in game unlockables, not must-buy-toys. If any hard copy component to them is to exist, make it an optional extra. My idea is that as with the present toys, the next game's toys would act as portable memory, but as I said you don't NEED to buy them to play the character. You only need them if you want to play that character with those stats at someone else's house or on a different system. There may also be a guide book toy, which would be a memory card for your whole game to hold all your unlocked items, characters and levels so you could take your world elsewhere or to a new console. Makes sense since from my understanding most if not all of the newest consoles operate with internal memory as opposed to the memory cards of old.

I'm not sure if I really want a sequel. I haven't finished the game yet, but I'm pretty sure I know what's going to happen, I mean, the game is meant for 8 year olds afterall. And anyway, what else could they do? Make sequel with more levels and then add on to the fact you would need to buy MORE toys. Ehhhhh.... I don't know about that.smilie

As for merchandise, plushies ARE a good idea. That also goes for t-shirts too.smilie

If they make a sequel they should make it so that you don't HAVE to get new toys, you can just use your toys from Skylanders SA. Maybe release it with a new Spyro variant, and maybe a couple other figures, but allow the old characters to work as well, so they can operate elemental portals and such. Maybe invent a new element to reopen the market for more mandatory toys. Although IDK if they could or would make new toys work with the older game.

Freak I can not wait for more content!!!!
Although yes, the game is marketed for boys age 7-8 but I think it surprised many people.
I think Skylanders can go anywhere and do anything....endless possibilities for future games!!!
Thing is, it will get darker and more mature as the series goes on....cause the audience will grow with it.
It kinda has the whole Harry Potter thing happening!
If they handle it right I think they may have a huge Franchise in there hands!

I think they should make a sequel with a harder mode for people over the age of 7. However i dont think they should make any new toys i havent even gotten the ones that i want now and it would kill me to go through this "hunt for toys" expedition again.
