Ironically, when my order arrived (back when the game first came out) I was supplied with 2 Drill Sarg's rather than one. The chain I bought from told me to simply keep the 2nd one. As the game had just come out, I did not realise how exclusive it was so I simply swapped it in-store for a Stealth Elf (back in the naive days where I expected to only buy 1 char from each element).

No I got a Wii for the kids last Christmas as the games the like are on that and not the "more mature" consoles.

That said, when the graphics in the latest Lego Harry Potter game were knobbled a bit for the Wii, I was sorely tempted to replace it with something "stronger".

I know I've spotted tons at the Walmart around here (in the U.S) but I have heard other people say he is exclusive to Sam's Club as well, not sure if thats in the U.S. or some other country (or are they owned by the same company?).

Either way in America most Walmarts have at least 4 of him from what I've seen.

Yes he is exclusive to Wal Mart in the US and in Canada as well.

i will get it when it comes out but my context was in terms of gameplay; the game registers if you have all four chars in an element. And, no, a Legendary variant does not count, otherwise my Magic element would be considered complete as I have Legendary and Dark Spyro chars to complement it.
