I would like to think that they would. It's interesting that when the game was being talked about and showcased at conventions before it's release, they always talked about Dark Spyro being exclusive to the 3DS version, but never mention the exclusivity of Ignitor, Trigger Happy, and Gill Grunt, who can't be bought individually.

So I think so. Also, Stealth Elf can be bought individually, even though she comes with the 3DS starter pack. I think the only thing special about Ignitor is that his individual character wave hasn't come yet.

ill wait till everything is "released' before I hunt him on ebay. But you can buy stealth elf on her own.

He will be released on his own at some point. Dark Spyro was the only "Exclusive" with the 3DS which means 100% he will be sold a a single Figure at some point.
