I'm thinking of getting the Volcanic Vault add-on for this game, but I'm wondering what exactly it does. Could someone please tell me?

Its a battle arena exclusive to Best Buy in America. I have it but, i never played the level so i can't give a description of how it is.

Yeah but here in the UK it's exclusive to GAME - Also ebay has it for £9.99 (£10 cheaper than GAME!)

...Out of curiousity, do you know if the smaller GAMEs would sell single Skylanders?

I've seen loads of single Skylanders at my local GAME so I'm sure yours will have them too.

You should only be able to get it with a starter pack. It's not worth more than maybe 3 bucks as add on content, as it only unlocks a single PVP arena. It's supposed to be a perk for purchasing your starter kit at said certain store.

Guess I better try to find a cheaper price then.

I went to my local GAME the other day and decided to buy another character (Zap). When I went to the till to pay I was asked if I had the Volcanic Vault which I hadn't (I got my copy of Skylanders from Asda) and I was given the vault for free. I'm not sure if other GAME shops are doing this though when you buy a figure, the shop may have been doing this to get rid of them. I was disappointed that all it did was open a new PVP arena.

Interesting that they had extras lying around. The level is pretty lame, it's just the sewer level with lava instead. But if your collection is to be truly complete, the volcanic vault battle is a must.

All of ours at Best Buy come IN the box with the starter kits. We didn't get any to hand out. Maybe it's different elsewhere. Perhaps people are trying to sell them online for more after they used them for their own game?

The vault I was given was in a small white box with Skylanders on the front and instructions on the back. In the UK it is the incentive to buy Skylanders from GAME or Gamestation. I'm guessing the shop wasn't selling the game very well and was starting to give the vault away to people who also bought the figures to get rid of them.

I picked one up for 6 quid off ebay. Not to shabby, and a nice little level.

Just got the Vault that way, but before I had no idea they were doing that.
