See, some of the music was nice but it's mostly forgettable. At any rate I think that theme is a bit too restful for this game. It should have more power and beat to it, to really set the mood for a game in which you fight to save a whole world.

That song is nice enough, but it doesn't fit the game that much. I think Skylanders' main theme should be more upbeat, and have more of a "fun"element to it.

If Activision were able to, and there was enough interest, a TV series using the animation in the Beginning video would be pretty cool I think. Could deliver more character development and maybe take place after the game with a new villain or it could be various stories of adventures various Skylanders have had. Thoughts?

^Seeing how Dreamworks constantly makes shows for Nick, and Dreamworks made this, and Activision is partnered with Nick for advertising the game, it could happen.

Though it'd probably just be a mini-series.

I said it in a diffrent thread.......he needs a DISNEY film to be on kingdom hearts. I so need to get a PSP to get the new kingdom hearts....never got the DS versions they did not look as good.

Except Spyro isn't disney.

But he would be nice on Kingdom hearts.....or mabey they could create a whole new game for Spyro where he is one of sevral characters you can play with...ohh wait....

To be fair, that topic was created in later this year (which is 10/16/11) after this topic was created. But even still, this person put in some very extensive effort - especially when it comes to taking advantage of the press release material of the video game itself. You guys should really check it out.

Might just be come collectable figure that are just for the looks. Is that thing even offical?

Anyway I doubt he will become a Skylander as he does not have the right base for it and he is an NPC, if they made a Skylanders 2 I still doubt he will become one just becuase of how the Story went in the first game, plus that is the 1 NPC I don't like.....(the mole is close to hate, but I like his voice)

As far as I know, all available characters are known now. It's possible they could throw out something else, but really, that would affect the 100% completion in the game.

A member of staff in Tesco said the game and the toys were selling like mad.

They hardly had any left.

My Dad's working opposite a Toys R Us in Scotland, and he said they were pushing it like mad. (Not that kind of pushing )

Also, not surprised about Tesco, seeing as they have Whirlwind.

My local Tesco only has two Whirlwind left - Sold out of all other figures.

Whirlwind is a dragon unicorn hybrid. I think she's mostly dragon though. It says so in her little biography on the site. . . if I'm not mistaken.

Spyro, Zap, Bash, Drobot, and Cynder are full dragons in the Magic, Water, Earth, and Undead element.

There are some creatures/skylanders that do have some Dragon like aesthetics, but yes, to my knowledge those are the only pure dragons in Skylanders.

No Zap was born in a family of royal water dragons, but a riptide washed him to sea where he was raised by a family of electric eels. He's a full water dragon.

Walmart.com has a pre-order for Darklight Crypt that will release on November 15th. Til then, it's a TRU exclusive.

Let's hope that this is the first of many exclusive walls being broken. One suggestion I liked on another forum posted that the exclusives were just a way to get us all to run around to different places.

I know Zap is a dragon, but he's starting to look more and more like a shark every time I see him.
