The difference between actually playing it and seeing it be played is minimal. It is irrelevant if I hold the controller or not.

Actually, the difference is large.

A video game is meant to be played. It's not a movie, where you simply watch it and then judge it.

Spoiler Post. Taken from my guidebook about the Adventure packs(Only says what they come with and a map of the zone)

Dragon Peak:
Comes with the Sunburn character. The magical items are Sparx and Winged Boots (no discription of their effects but Sparx is shooting a fire ball in his.


Empire Of Ice:
Comes with the Slam Bam character. The magical items are Sky-Iron Shield and Anvil Rain(Just a normal picture of an anivil though)

I have to agree with CAV on this. I saw Castle Crashers and scoffed, thinking it was a stupid game, but after playing it I completely fell in love with it, and now I'm excitedly lined up for the company's next game.

And when I looked at Just Cause 2, I thought it would be dumb. And I also didn't like Square Enix, whom distributed the game. But when I played the demo, I became obsessed with it, and later bought the full game. I've played it more than any other game I own on Steam.

I doubt you will be able to buy the character that come with Adventure packs alone.

Seeing as you get their soul gem in the pack itself you would not be able to complete your character without it anyway

Well I would look out for Terrafin or Ghost Roaster as singles then. If they do come as singles I would be surprised but it would give a good indication if the other 2 will come.

But the adventure pack levels are fun and the Magic items are really useful, I don't know why you would want to pass them up.

A soul Gem lets you Purchase the last Upgrade to a character. You have to find them in the levels (usually hidden or behind a puzzle).
The soul Gem upgrades can be great (Voodood: Magic Tripwire can now reflect shots) or Costmetic or just Bad (Bash: New armor makes him harder to hit, Double Trouble: Can fly on water P.S there is not much content to be done on the water)

Legendarys have higher stats I think.

L-Spyro - 75 Atk 55 Def (highest in all area's)
Dark Spyro - 70 Atk 40 Def (high atk, low Def)
Spyro - 60 Atk 50 Def (low atk, high def)

Dark Spyro's game mechanics are the same as Spyro's in the Wii version, but slightly diffrent in the 3DS version for those interested. Legendary Spyro's is the same as normal Spyro in both game

Also Can't speak for Chop Chop and Bash but I assume they have higher stats to

You buy them separately, one at a time or in an adventure pack. They're sold at game stores, Walmart and Toys R Us.

You physically buy it like all of the other adventure packs.

Hey everyone if you play as spyro in the first level Hugo will say his name but, other skylander like stealth elf, hugo will say a skylander.
