Please.... don´t buy this game, they are testing us! If you don´t buy the game they will return to form. But by buying this abomination of a thing locking like a game they will just keep taking the bar lower and lower. I do not want this series to die like the Sonic, alone and raped by the industry and his rabid fans that did not hold a standard. We are voters and we vote with our wallets! If they don´t get any money they will either sell it or try to make it better and don´t be so naive to believe the rumours of them returning to TLoS if Skylanders sell well. That is not how Activition works and it is not how the game industry works.

After making a 'visionary', ranting comment on this topic after seeing Cynder in Skylander and trying to persuade us to not buy this game, you really expect other fans to suddenly agree with your views? I have not calmed to be a 'visionary' it is something you call me Arua. It is how it works, lock at other games. Resident evil 5 got one (some say two) new realises and they are reboting the series. MvC 3 got the same thing. Micro transactions where you buy new characters, skins themes that are on the disk but you need to pay up in order to unlock them. Dragon Age did the same thing with both cases, the only thing they have not tried is the holy rebote. Assassins Creed 2 is one of the best sequels of all time according to so many people and what happened to the director? How he just happened to stop working fore them? I smell a cash cow.

And what games doss Skylanders have something in common with?
All of them.

Micro transactions? There here as small Toys.
Rebote? Its are second right?
Constant change in leadership? Well it is there whit all the Publishers that got there hands on the series.

The game play is so shallow that they made like 32 characters with two powers each.

But hell it is made for kids so it should not be complicated right? Tell that to the PS1, PS2 and Nintendo.

I'm a big classics fan, but I'm also an LoS fan, even I'm growing to like skylanders, in fact I plan to get it, and make sure I have Cynder as well. I plan to make them max out with the best stats that can be found and own those who think they're better. *Evil grin* ^.^ lol

Wow, some of these posts. To be honest, I wouldn't have given Skylanders much thought if everyone hadn't come howling and screaming at me to agree with them on how terrible it supposedly is. Me being me, half of what I love most about Skylanders is how much all the fanbrats hate it. As I've said before, their tears taste like candy.

BOT, boob-tacular Cynder is adorable, hilarious, and lovable (mostly because all the most obnoxious Cyndorks can't stand her, which endears her to me a great deal ).
