Does ANYONE know where to get the toys on the first day? [CLOSED]

I am just so confused. So I pre-ordered Skylanders at Gamestop, but they said they weren't selling the toys. But I know that Toys R Us is having "exclusives". So where would we get the seprate toys?

No i looked at google shopping and it lists some stores other than toys are us, like Gamestop, Best Buy, and Target.

The only exclusives that we've worked out so far are the legendary characters, Dark Light Crypt and the storage. It'll have all the normal characters that are released the first day.

It's the first Spyro game in general to be released in Japan since Orange, spin-off or not.

They did, that's what I mean. You said it's the first spin-off game to be released in Japan since Orange, but there was no release between Orange and Skylanders in Japan.

Just out of curiosity, when you guys say that Toys R Us are selling 'exclusives' does that mean the other toys like Cynder and the rest of the cast? because so far looking for some of the toys I have been only able to find a few that you can pre-order? Or are they planning on bringing out the other figures on a later date?

I think all the listings now are for launch, and then the next wave would come out a few months later, and so on, depending on how long they want to milk it.

The legendary pack is the only thing marked TRU exclusive right now(on the site), which is just a recolor set. There might be some stuff in the store that isn't sold online, or there might not be. TRU's site seems better at stocking new things lately (months faster than the stores, in some cases), so that might be all they'll have in the store... It's too soon to tell, really.

Yep, Skylanders toys in GAME too... OH BOI! I CAN HAZ BUY DA TOYS IN GAME NAO! But seriously... That's a bit better than 'Toys R Us' being thought to be the only place when the game was first announced.
