Its not a hoax, I can tell by her Skylanders design. Its more like Spy's SSA design, and her design is different from any of her Legend designs.

Guys, each Skylander has a catchphrase like Voodood's 'Axe First, Questions Later' or Sonic Boom's 'Full Scream Ahead'. Who knows what Cynder's catchphrase might in the game.
