The player VS. player mode looks great, too! Isn't there meant to be some kinda arena mode?

Yeah, and here in Italy it's REALLY diffcult to find someone who likes Spyro. Or even know what he is.

I knew someone who liked Spyro when I was about 5 years old, and we'd play YoTD together Though I've moved twice since then, and I haven't seen or spoke to her in years >.> So there's my co-op gone!

And, woah, you're good at finding posts!!

Skylander Spyro will probably suck, but multiplayer? that's a first. The only multiplayer in Spyro was Co op mode in DOTD, but that wasn't very great.

I think it looks good. If you watch the clips closely you can see multiple characters playing together, and it looks as though in multiplayer nothing changes. I can't wait to co-op with my younger cousin. He loved playing Subspace Emissary and Dawn of the Dragon.

Coool!! Too bad I don't have anyone else to play with. My brother hates Spyro,and if he saw Spyro in this game, he'd automatically flip and say "You really just asked me to play THIS?!" He's one of those guys. So... ah well.

Hm...multiplayer? They probably wont, but maybe let you play as spyro, like, both players? Like in crash of the titans, when you did multiplayer, the other person was white. I guess they wouldnt do that to spyro, you'd have to play as a diff. charry, but still, that could be cool.

It can. The game claims co-op as well as competitive multiplayer. You need online for that. If you don't, then there's no point on having multiplayer.
