No. DOTD Wii version was a bad port from the PS2 version. And the Xbox was the lead developmend plattform, they only showed this version on Trailers ect.
Toys for Bob is NOT Entranges Libellues.
And when you watch a video about the game "Alice in Wonderland" for Wii that was made from Entanges Libellues it´s look like DOTD HD version with better water effects!
Watch the video at 6:11. Looks like Valley of Avalar PS3/Xbox360 with better water but it´s for Wii.

I have always hoped the next Spyro for Wii is on a graphic level as Mario Galaxy
And my dream came true *_*.

Ummm....those graphics look nothing colse to DotD on 360....heck, Conker: Live & Reloaded looks ten times better than that Alice game, and it's an original Xbox game.

The Xbox was actually pretty powerful...


Individual strands of fur....didn't see that on the cat in that Alice game....heck, the cheetahs in DotD didn't have it!

Hey, I never said Wii games look bad, I was just saying DotD DID have a graphical update for PS3 and Xbox 360, a major one at that.

But I still think Conker looks better than Alice, Sonic and the Black Knight, and Klonoa....heck, even Mario Galaxy and Donkey Kong!

Sonic Colours looks amazing though...

I didn't like Conker on Xbox.... Sure, he looked fluffy, but they kinda overdid it, IMHO.

DotD had an upgrade, but when I stood in the grass on the PS3 version (friends), they were quite poor up close. Spyro & Cynder kept going through things they shouldn't, and when I stood near the water, I could actually see the connecting lines, something I can't do on the Wii.

PS3 is known for bad ports....none of that happens on my 360 copy of DotD...

I prefer the original version of BFD for the actual character animations(at least on Conker himself) and the uncensored stuff, but I prefer the Xbox remake for overall graphics and the remastered music. They pushed the Xbox to the limits, graphics wise, and the textures are suprisingly clear.

Ugh, I hate Live and Reloaded with a passion... It was censored, some camera angles that were very effective in the original were butchered, and it was just a waste of time, IMO. A CBFD2 would've convinced me to re-buy an XBox, though.

Ah well, you're opinion.... =/

This. Even just a remake, I was so badly looking forward to it, especially since the original title was 'Live and Uncut'.

And then they censored EVERYTHING. I was expecting to finally hear the 'f' word spoken, but no. For a console deemed to be more mature than Wii, Microsoft are certainly cowardly.

I know, the censoring thing is stupid....

...but that will not convince me to not get the game. It will be cheap anyway. And it gives me another excuse to play BFD, but in a different way...

And I sometimes find random censor bleeps funny!

I find them funny at times, but not to the extent Microsoft did. It even spoils the whole point of some of the jokes.

Minus the blood and 'erotic' scenes, the rest of the game played more like a kids game with the way it was portrayed on Xbox, IMHO. They killed Conker as much as people claim Acti killed Spyro.

Still....I just think it looks lovely, and want to add it to the collection. And, again, it's another excuse for me to play BFD.

You know that DOTD is a PS2 port and it´s one of the most bad graphics for Wii?
It's just the PS2 version with Wii controling not more. They made no trouble with the game for the Wii. It is a cheaper PS2 port not more.

The graphics don't look that bad on Wii....compareable to that Alice game, actually. And it got praised for graphics in a lot of Wii reviews I read.

The graphics are really bad and not good for Wii. Look at Wii games like Monster Hunter Tri,Mario Galaxy,Metroid other M,The Last Story,Xenoblade, Epic Mickey, Resident Evil Darkside Chronicles

Those are the AAA games though and they were mostly released later. Just because DotD om Wii looks slightly worse than those games, does not mean it has bad graphics per se.

AAA = Expensive (to make and/or purchase). It has nothing to do with quality, other than marketing using it to make you believe it is a quality game.

Although so far, from what we've seen, this indeed looks like a quality game. I'm much more excited for this than I have been any Legend title.

If AAA meant bug free, then it would never be used to discribe a game for marketing purposes as it would be false advertising in the event a bug is found. And false advertising can lead to trouble.

And as I said, there is no such thing as bug free (or to be exact, anything useful is complicated enough that there is a good chance a bug is present).

Practically everything is false advertising in some way nowadays though.

Yes you are right :3. But i thinks bugs or glitch has each games.
But SSA is since a long time the first AAA Spyro game.

Thank god- we haven't had a high-quality title since the Insom-days.

You know they won't saw clear quality of gameplay till Activision releases more gameplay videos or at E3 2011.

Activision wants to make as much money as it is only, so it's no wonder that it come for Ps3 and Xbox360 too.

Time to wait for the first screens from the 3DS version and the Ps3/Xbox360 version.
But the I think all Trailers continue to show the Wii version. Except they still make a extrra trailer for the 3DS version and a extra trailer for Ps3/Xbox360. Time will tell ~
But fact is the Wii is the Lead development plattform and this is very good for us Nintendo fans

I noticed that Spyro's movements were fluid, like he was zigzagging across the battlefield using his wings.

I'll definately be getting the Wii and 3DS version, possibly a DS version, but time will tell.

Do you need a different portal for every system, though? And, if so, how will it be used with the portable systems? Surely I don't have to drag a portal around with it, let alone attempt to keep the figure on the top?!
