To help control his temper, he likes to relax in lava pools, particularly because there are no crowds.

@Lila-the-dragon: The aspects of gameplay have not been talked about very much in the article. They mentioned about collecting gold, getting weapons, and leveling up as of now. We shall soon have more info around next week.

Even though Spyro looks odd, I'm still gonna buy this game. If I can get used to how he looks in the LOS games, then it will be the same here. :/

I rather like goblin Spyro. He's a fun mix of classic and LoS while also being completely his own. I hope his attitude matches that face.

@Razz: Very good point. XD At first, I thought "Wha?" when I saw the image, but after hearing your comment, and that the game is supposed to be targeted for ages 6-12, I'd say - eh, I like it anyway.

Am I the only one who's a little bothered by the fact they advertise it as " OVER 30 CHARACTERS!", when the total is just 31? It's just like Clock Tower 2, advertising "OVER 12 ENDINGS", and the total is 13 (That you can get all of in two play through *SHOT!*), if it's just 31, why put it as "OVER 30!"? You can just say " 31 characters", or lower the number to, like "OVER 20 CHARACTERS!"

@SpyroGamer2008: After checking that video, I don't think the artwork shown in the video seems to be official enough - compared to the info from USAToday that Aura found along with the actual image. As far as I heard from the topics within darkSpyro, those are fan art. Hmm...

Activision hiring Hollywood talent to make this game. . . meh. . . I always found it to be exasperating when video game companies do this. "Hollywood talent, then it must be good! " yeah. . . look at LOS. . . that didn't turn out too well. Still it would be something to have experience two serendipitous pieces of media for this year for me, one of them being My Little Pony, which was really, really serendipitous, and if this game comes out this fall hopefully Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure will be too. . .

For now, I'm going to remain pessimistic about this until I try, and see it for myself.

Well, I wasn't sure. But the 3-D models seem to be official (in my opinion). They're on the website linked in the video.

The pics in that vid are fanart though...besides even if not...that vid isn't real evidence anymore. *points to SSA screenshot*

they allready tried to restart it, AND left it as a clif hanger. TO DO WHAT? Continue the story as a new game(s)(trilogy)
