It was also a cancelled Xbox game. It got cancelled due to the horrible reception the game got.

I know Aura, I just thought of ETD when I heard this may be for PC. Also, ETD was very much the tipe of gameplay I like and if it's classified as action, this new game may not be all combat afterall.

Yeah, that's what I wonder. Everywhere else, except for this site, lists it as Wii/DS only, so I do wonder if they've got either wrong info (which does happen) or it's possibly been cancelled.

I find the evidence of the other platforms a tad suspicious, with the other sources saying it's Wii and DS only, and since when has Spyro ever been on PC? Hopefully we'll know the truth soon enough.

Maybe it would be better for it to be exclusive to one major home console, that way at least that version would have more focus on it's quality. *Glances at the PS2 ETD*

The only reason the GC version was better was because they had longer to fix most of the bugs from the PS2 version

I just noticed that every version except the DS version is listed as Action, which has a blank genre space. I suppose the DS version will be drastically different from the other versions.

And a PC version? While this is new for Spyro, it wouldn't be the strangest thing to happen to the franchise. Heck, even Mario had a few PC games back in the day.

But the possibilty of the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions is tantalising.....DotD had amazing graphics on those consoles, so I can't imagine what this game would look like....imagine Sonic Unleashed quality graphics.....*drools*

DS and PC versions of games are usually always extrmeley different from consoles...
Look at Spider-Man 2! PC version was completely redesigned.
And for DS, give me a moment to think of games for an example.

But I'm still hopeful it'll pleasantly surprise me.. I'm not going to judge it from the titles and whatever systems it's playing on-yet. But this doesn't look too promising, imo.

I was perfectly content with Spyro's Kingdom

Sky Landers/Spyro's Adventure made me go "Hmm." But it's not too bad.

I'm actually a bit optimistic. I mean, it may be getting a next-gen release now, and the title is Spyro's Kingdom in all these listings. Sky Landers and Monster Gang are probably the older, un-used titles. Though I think Sky Landers sounds cool....
